Not loving the world extends to our own lives as well. Jesus said if we love anything more than Him, we are not worthy of Him (Matthew 10:37-38).

I grew up in a tiny town in Missouri. In my childhood there I attended church every Sunday from 3 weeks old. This song was played every Sunday during the altar call at the close of every service. 😇😇😇

This brought me to tears again! I am flooded with memories of the first time down the aisle to accept Jesus into my heart. This song was softly playing in the background while the pastor was fervently praying. A good old-fashioned Alter call. I actually ran down that aisle at 12 years old. I have never been the same. May someone play this for me on my way out of this world and hear it one more time as I come to the Lamb of God for eternity. Thank you for the time warp. Now at 66 years old, I still feel God within my heart as strong as ever. Thank You for the comfort.
