  • 🔔 Pickle Yeolmu. (1T=Rice spoon)
    1 tier of Yeolmu 1.8kg (weight 1.3kg after trimming), 1.5L of water, 850ml of vinegar, 450g of sugar, 60g of coarse salt, 1/2T of pickling spice.
    ✨ Yeolmu pickle.
    1. Yeolmu is trimmed.
    2. Wash Yeolmu.
    3. Sift through a sieve and drain for 1 hour.
    4. Wipe off the water of Yeolmu.
    5. Put it in a large bowl.
    6. Boil pickle water. [450g sugar, 60g coarse salt, 850ml vinegar, 1.5L water, 1/2T pickling spice].
    7. As soon as it boils, pour over Yeolmu.
    8. Press with a heavy object and let the pickle water cool down.
    9. Put it in a container.
    10. One day at room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator and leave for two days before eating.
