Candidates are posted to 500 to 1000 kms from home..other states..no time limit 9.30 to 8 some times 9 to 10 also..no training office..LIC and other companies policy has to do compulsory..for any normal mistakes. HIgher grade officers shouts/fires..issues warning letters/memorandum..chargesheet enquiry and termination.. no cooperation from colleagues and officers..harassment/harassing/ harassed..don't Santtion leave in any emergency..again requesting don't join this bank
