I'm not sure if you'll see this but I had/have bad driving anxiety too. Its getting better the more I drive, but something that has helped me, as weird or childish it sounds, is having a stuffed animal or something like that in my passenger seat. Personally, I bought a frog holding a mushroom and he is always buckled in the passenger seat (when I don't have someone with me). When I am by myself in the car I talk to myself a lot so I kind of act like I am talking to him.
