Just curious... disclosure and transparency is now required as part of the settlement. Is that publicly shown? i.e. are potential sellers and buyers able to see what is the compensation that others have agreed to? For example... can I see what others are signing / agree to and can I compare?
It's also considered "steering" if you advise your seller that agents won't show their home if compensation isn't offered, correct? I think that side continues to be left out.
