    8:14 - Property tax ‘increase’ is 7%, property tax itself is NOT 7%. Please do not share incorrect information.
    A lot of cities in Canada have had property tax increase over 7% btw

    Does she even understand what happened in US in 2008. What was the reason of that crises? Does she understand what CDOs are? US banking system works in a totally different to that of Canada.

    ਬਾਈ ਮੈਂ ਇੰਡੀਆ ਤੋਂ ਦੇਖ ਰਿਹਾਂ, ਸੱਚੀ ਏਨੇ ਬੁਰੇ ਹਾਲਾਤ ਨੇ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਦੇ । ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਵੀ 2012-14 ਤੱਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਪਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਰੇਟ 50 % down ਹੋ ਗਏ ਸੀ । 10 ਸਾਲ ਲੱਗ ਗਏ ਪੁਰਾਣੇ ਰੇਟ ਆਉਣ ਲਈ ।

      @@fsckool6894 ਆਹੋ , ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਫੇਕ ਮੌਰਗੇਜ ਵੀ ਚਲਦੀ ਹੈ । Real estate prices are always cyclical , usually it follows the 18.6 year cycle . In current time it seems to be 8 years long downtrend in canadian real estate . May take 6-7 years to reach previous prices . Thank you .

      @@TheDonjuan15 i am not in the favour of realtors. I believe that we are in this situation because of this greedy realtors and some greedy peoples housing is a basic need. There should be no any kind of profit greed on Housing food and housing is a basic necessity but in Canada, people think differently and they are throwing all their money into housing and making other peoples life hell expensive and unaffordable. This should stop as soon as possible.

    A very big recession is coming. Covid level 0% interest rate are impossible. Average interest rates will stay in best case scenario 2% to 3%. Be careful and stay asset light ans debt free
