  • Re-Engineering failed double glazed units, Specialist Anti-Fog coating applied to the inside of the unit prevents moisture in the air condensing on the glass, also specialist sealer reseals the bottom of the unit to prevent water ingress from the bottom rebate should there be a problem with the window drainage or seals. No effect on the units thermal performance (tests carried out and verified by UK University).

What tests and by what university?
I would think it important to mention those simple few facts.

Where could one get the equipment to do the same thing. Such as the pump and plugs used. Also what chemical is used in the windows.
    Thanks

Since the window seal is broken allowing moisture to enter, wouldn't this be a temporary fix?

Hi, We allow air to flow through the unit exactly the same way cavity walls and floors are vented to stop the build of moisture, the anti-fog coating prevents any moisture forming on the glass.

Why not just change the glass unit all together? Obviously isn't good if it's fogging up??

After the unit has been vented using our system the unit can never fog up again, installing a new unit with a life of less than eight years (Average) is only a temporary fix....... Why has the unit failed in the first place? Is installing a new unit going to fix the problem long term ?

My window has streak marks on the insides of the glass, presumably where moisture has dried. How can I clean this, before using your treatment? or would the treatment in itself clean it?

alrewas 52 Hi There is no way of removing white streaks. if the marks are clear in colour they normally come out.
