Lady Luck for A tier! No particular reason, I just think it is really cool.
A couple clarifications. Gun Mage is acquired from doing either of the Moonflow missions in Chapter 1 or 2. Still missable, but it sounded like you were thinking of Trainer, which has a trickier process. Second, there is some closure to Wakka's feelings toward the Al Bhed. In the Episode Concluded path, we see he is at least picking up the language, and in the Episode Complete path, he gives their child an Al Bhed name (Vidina means "Future") which I think is pretty huge. Not saying this moves him up any places, but it feels worth mentioning for his character arc.
