OH MY GOD!! You passed up on the bittersweet swung glass pitcher by LE Smith. You walked by 200 bucks. It was on the table by the waterford glass you picked up. I'm dying here. I would kill to find one of those. Damn it!!!
Ben, I also attended this estate sale. 🙌 Just a hint, if you don't know already...you can call the estate sale companies to see if they have a pre-sale(s). You never know until you ask. Also, if you are looking for vintage toys (I love vintage) I would recommend to pop into a couple of antique malls we have in the Chicagoland area. Includes Suburbs, north and south. 👍🏼👍🏼 Chicago Reseller
You have some of the best videos and resources. You are one of the reasons I retired from my full time job of 25 years to resell full time! Thanks for all you do ❤
great video!! hitting up a sale this weekend. you def should have grabbed that LE Smith orange pitcher (Bittersweet) on the table by the curio with the crystal
you are extremely educational . I enjoy watching your estate sales. if your not in Mr. Prime Times chat group it would be worth while to do so. Both of you are class guys
Dang, you get great stuff at estate sales. In my area, it’s usually stuff from an older person that passed away. But somehow there’s always toys and some video games here and there. I usually miss the first days, but I’m always surprised what the other resellers leave behind for me on day 2!
Hey Ben! Great finds today. You gotta check out Disc Replay around here if you haven’t already. Might find some good stuff and you can sell dvds, cds, and toys there too.
Hi Ben, nice score on the action figures. Did the any of those 3 boxes have loose accessories for the figures in the bottom? Any bagged up action figure accessories? Best Regards Mark
I love/hate finding disney snow globes. Found one that was worth $1000 in good condition, but it had some damage so I was going to list it for $300. Then I damaged it further while taking photographs and likely brought the value down to nothing. They are made to be broken and a pain to ship safely. Anyway, congrats on the haul. I thought the competition would be tougher for you in Chicago.
Yeah it’s Insane what some can go for. That’s an unfortunate situation you had. Sorry to hear it. Yeah the fragility is the biggest downside of them. It’s the main reason I got the two I did since they were in the original packaging to protect them.
Hi! Cool stuff, I always learn from you. So on the clip where you went for the waterford crystal, there was a large orange/yellow vase/pitcher. It is a L.E. Smith Bittersweet Piece worth pretty good money. You have to be OK dealing with large glass but it's AMAZING! Totally Retro!
I found a super cool purple and teal playmate kool tunes cooler from 1990 at an estate sale for $10. It was going for close to $300 last summer but now there is a repop version with Bluetooth. I don’t know how that will effect the value.
@Ready Set Resell I had a complete letter set and it did about $150. An incomplete letter set I got about $95. Took a bit of time to sell but well worth the profit.
Yeah unfortunately he was one of the one missing the pieces. His back and chest were missing if I remember correctly. There was also a buzz saw in there with its arms missing I fortunately.
The prices at that first estate sale were like garage sale prices. Estate sales where I live are super high. I only go on the last day and even then the prices can still be high.
Man I wish I came across just 1 vintage toy. I would've just bought every tote and box you saw, I love the nostalgia behind them. Down here you don't come across any of that stuff.
I’m just super busy atm and editing takes time. I’ll probably try to bump it back up to 2 videos a week eventually. But for now one is what I can manage.
Damn. Just saw the minoso card... that was a family friend, from same town as my parents in Cuba. I'd be interested in buying it. Please let me know thanks.
@ReadySetResell ok. If you decide to sell just let me know. I was just looking last week at some to buy. PSA is still way behind on grading, might have to go with sgc or someone else if want it quick.
I did. I asked the worker in the shed who asked if the thunder cat was valuable. They said since it was first day they were selling stuff as priced. So I figured it would be the same with the other boxes of toys as well.
Still figuring it out. I didn’t realize the stabilization would crop the footage so much. Like in this video. But I think I’ve tweeted it to be better now. The quality is great though. I did some tests on the higher settings and it looks so good.
@@ReadySetResell I've ran into the same issue. I just started using it for estate/yard sale footage and was surprised with the cropped footage. Still working on fine tuning for that use. It's Amazing for hiking/outdoor footage. I grew up in the Cincy area as well. Love the vids dude!
@@ReadySetResell What a nice day today, got to start it off watching this video and then scored a major Wii U bundle from facebook right after for $50. Copy of Twilight Princess HD included.
All respect to you. Just find the way they do these estate sales pretty awful. Too bad the family members didn't have more respect for their family members. Dozens of strangers walking through your house rummaging through your earthly possessions. Again, no disrespect to you or resellers because that's a great way to source however I'd like it done more respectfully like boxing everything up and taking it to a warehouse or even their garage 🤷♀️ particularly referencing that first estate sale you were at.
I love watching these estate sale videos. Keep up the grind dude!
Thanks!

Hey! That's me in the first estate sale 😊 Crazy toy find at that second estate sale! Great video as well
Good meeting you up there!

Recently picked up a talking Archer and Chip Hazard from Small Soldiers at a yard sale for a dollar each.

Hermes!!! Pretty much everything is high end!
Can’t wait to see what they actually sell for

100 and 150 for all that good stuff! So great
Thanks for the details!

I sold a New Hermes machine and letter sets a few years back. Wild to see one pop up in one your videos. Nice find!
Nice that’s awesome! I had no idea they were that valuable. Do you remember what you sold yours for?
@Ready Set Resell I had a complete letter set and it did about $150. An incomplete letter set I got about $95. Took a bit of time to sell but well worth the profit.
There was a Silverhawks Mon Star in that last box. 1984 Kenner, and if complete, about 60-70.
Yeah unfortunately he was one of the one missing the pieces. His back and chest were missing if I remember correctly. There was also a buzz saw in there with its arms missing I fortunately.

Nice finds, did you look at the orange L.E Smith pitcher at 2:07?
No I had no idea what it was until the comment sections told me hahah 😆
Great video . I know nothing about toys but awesome finds !!
Thanks! Hopefully this taught you a little about them in case you ever come across some out there 👍

Wow that’s pretty cool. I’m debating on getting it graded. I had a stack of cards I’ve been waiting to send in.

have you listed the minoso card yet
Not yet. I’m debating on getting it graded.
@@ReadySetResell my son has a minoso collection and has been looking for this one if you wanna let it go
VERY!VERY!COOOOOOL!!!!!🤣!!!!!!!
Found an electric guitar from 1959 at a thrift store! If it all works it’s about $800! And I paid $10!
Curious did you inquire about purchasing the entire tub of figures?
I did. I asked the worker in the shed who asked if the thunder cat was valuable. They said since it was first day they were selling stuff as priced. So I figured it would be the same with the other boxes of toys as well.

Yes it is 👍 I need to get it graded. I’m thinking it’s probably a 9.6ish

SHOUTOUT THE PINOYS & PINAYS!
You left so many good parts for rare figures. Next time get it all and do a bundle deal. You could have sold the accessories also 😢
I would've bought all the toys
Crazy
Imagine all the toy grails left. Yikes - offer for all was the play…
You left the Ghostbusters Firehouse worth over $100+
🎉🎉🎉

You left so many other toys there that was worth money
Like?
Surprised you didn't just offer to buy all the toys for a bundle price.
Kevin Samuels music in the background. Are you a high value man??
👏👍💯🤑💃
Why not just offer to buy all of it??? Rather have more time to research at home.
