Hi i just stumbled at your video and i am also a seller on Bricklink. I always find it interesting how other people run there store and how they store there parts. but i am suprised how you started and stored your parts in the beginning. So confusing all those parts in one bag. Luckely you found a better solution now and you are growing your store. Also fun to see that not everybody has the same way off running a store. I have a mix of second hand and new. I had to sell my complete inventory because i had to move to another location. So i had to start over. Now adding parts again and for now most of my parts are second hand parts. I am jealous how dirt cheap you can buy lego. Here in the Netherlands we do not have big stores like Target. One day i will visit the USA just to hunt for good lego deals haha. Good luck with your store.
Thank you so much for watching! The bag method is definitely not ideal. I really do wish I had more akro-mill drawers to avoid using bags. In my eyes, I’ll sacrifice the poor storage method for more pieces to attract more sales! Cheers!
yo this is the first vid I watch and hell you are underrated. I have one quesion however, how do you price your bricks, do you try to be the cheapes in NA or do you just go around market?
I will explain in more detail in my next video, but basically when when I am parting out my sets, BrickLink gives me an option to select how it wants me to price all the pieces. What I select is the last 6 months sales average. BrickLink uses all the sales of that certain piece and creates an average! Hope this helps! 🎉
Very entertaining keep it up👍
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed!!
