When you get three MRE packages for one day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, the toothbrush and a 14-pack of crackers are in the breakfast package. There is also either instant coffee or cocoa, depending on the type of package.

The crackers are sweet, there for breakfast alone. You get hardtac given in there own pack with lunch and dinner rations so the cans dont crush it. There called "pan galleta" and you can also find them on sale.
