- The chances of getting lost in the world’s biggest labyrinth are very high. The maze was created from 200,000 bamboo trees, and its pathways total three kilometers in length, covering seventy thousand square meters. The 'Labirinto della Masone' near the northern Italian city of Parma is designed to leave hapless visitors thoroughly confused. It’s based upon a geometric design, reminiscent of a Roman mosaic - with nothing but straight corridors and right angles - which makes finding your way even harder. Those who manage to make it to the labyrinth’s center are rewarded by a great collection of art.

Having the labyrinth director show one the way personally should one get lost is quite the VIP treatment, nevermind that he's quite a dashing fella that a few certainly wouldn't mind the humiliation.
What a fantastic place. It's so nice to learn that rich, creative and philanthropist people with crazy ideas still exist in the EU. A maze of bamboo - I have to see that. Kudos a la Signora.
