    in Poland we have short poem about this bones:
    Boat is sailing, moon is shining, triangular peas are falling,
    On trapeze, little trapeze, hangs a head on a hook
    Ofc it doesn't rhyme and sound very well in english XD but maybe it'll help somebody to remember them!

    Dr Morton is by far the best anatomy instructor I've ever known! I practiced dentistry for 34 years and continue to study anatomy in my retirement. Why did Dr. Morton choose anatomy as a profession?

    I am software engineer and watching this video due to my Metacarpals number 3 & 4 head is in pain but not MCP joint due to I hit it on something. It hurts only after I squeeze the head . Loved your video as, for some from outside medical field it is brilliantly explained .

    Thanks for the wonderful video. Could you tell us how to identify if an X-ray of hand is from an AP view or a PA view? Is that any trick to identify this? For example, with PA vew we cannot see hamulus (just my guess)?

    Hello, so what would be the differences that you would see in a fan lateral and a lateral hand? I noticed that you show a fan lateral but do not talk about that view.

      Fan lateral view of the hand shows any injuries to the distal phalanges
