Was on BA212 A few years ago on a 747-4. Was happy to fly on the Queen ❤️✈️

(Quick Story) Once I was on my way to Lynn and I had to go by the airport. So i did. I saw a Singapore airlines Airbus A380 there. My jaw dropped.
I was at the BA lounge and got to see the a380 welcomed by the fire trucks.
Oh Nice! As you can see from my garage perspective, I could only catch a small part of the water salute.

Thanks! I kept quiet but there was an animated group there - who can blame them, was very exciting and we were all absolutely freezing!
I was going to try to catch it today but too much rain and cold. 213/212 runs with a 747 for the rest of the week so I will have to wait until Saturday.

Does anyone have the flight numbers, having trouble finding it. I believe they have a Monday and Friday flight?
Hi David, yes - BA 213 on the inbound from LHR, BA 212 on the flip back from Boston. Yes, they are Mo/Fr/Su, but due to lack of A380-class deicing capability at Logan, they operated with a 747-436 on Friday. Yesterday the Super came in low over Southie.
I was on that A380 had lots of turbulence on approach.
