For the record, it has a fiber glass like structure on a microscopic scale, if you cut it and aim a flashlight at the juice you can see the painful fibers, when it ripe it will taste amazing but you still get some miner irritation, it’s just a lot worse when it’s not ripe. Happy snacking 😊

THEN, you can only eat a small amount of the fruit at a time because you must place the fruit in a dark area in order to complete the ripening process. The fruit can take up to a month to be eaten. You eat to the next unripe section and then wait again. If you don't wait, the fruit will burn your mouth. It's supposed to taste like all the fruits at once.
