I'm studying cosmetic production, I remember that when we made lipsticks in the lab we had to be extra carefull pulling them out of the mold (we also used skin-safe silicon mold-release AND put them in the freezer 20 min after pouring them)
Glad I could help :) If you want to make lipsticks again I could suggest a base formula, it's nothing fancy but it worked well when we used it in the lab
As I saw them trying to release it, I was thinking to myself that a freezer would have been better. Glad to know that my instincts were pretty spot on. Though to my chemist brain, the mold release seems a bit much as I would think the wax base for the lipstick would act as a mold release of sorts judging from the waxes I use as 'economical' mold releases.

I work at Hobby Lobby rn (where theirs are from too, i can tell from the tag) and these have all been clearanced, we have like 20 on the clearance wall that no one buys lol. Things get deleted from circulation all the time, and when they do whatever is left in store gets marked down. But anyway that would be why it wouldnt be on the website anymore!

I am so glad I missed the stream. During the whole applying stage, I was so worried something was going to get into Katelyn's eyes or mouth and they would need to call poison control or something because the manufacturers used bad materials or something. That is a lot of trust in a product.
I was watching live and when I realized they were using glitter, I got so worried for her eyeballs! Sparkly makeup is my favorite kind as long as it doesn't have actual glitter chunks because those can do serious damage if they get where they shouldn't. D:

That lip color is stunning on her! Nice and pink, yet soft and subtle enough to look somewhat natural. When I get lipstick I try to go for a "My lips, but better" color and in my opinion, that is exactly what she achieved.
We were selling these where I work then I noticed a week ago we had put them all on clearance... They sold out after that. Curious what happened with them. Maybe went out of business? A similar thing happened with a RUclipsr's publisher. Her book got clearanced at my store after I found out from her vlog her publisher went out of business.

Vaseline is indeed so much better than chapstick! But also as a previous Vaseline lover, you should try Aquaphor instead! It's almost the same as Vaseline, but it just works and feels better on the lips. :)
I use to live by my chapstick but found it wasn't working very well. I heard about a life hack that Halle Berry recommended using nipple cream instead of lip balm. Seemed odd at first but after thinking about it, made sense. So I gave it a try when I had run out of lip balm. I have zero regrets. It works so much better. I am only having to apply it 2-3 times a day on average which is a big difference to the 10+ times of chapstick. I don't like vasoline, the smell or the feel. So if anyone else hates how quick you got through lip balm, try it. Seriously.
Chapstick actually dries out your lips. That's why you end up needing to apply so much. Its the same with lots of lipbalm style products. They're designed to create a problem which they're sold to solve. Your lips only feel good with the product on and so you end up having to reapply as it wears off. Its not actually fixing any underlying problem or you'd be able to stop using it. I did used to use lipbalms until my chemistry teacher for A Level chemistry explained the science behind various products (having worked in the industry in the past he was familiar with the claims as well as the chemical composition).
That’s sounds like a lot I’ve not experienced dry lips like that every day . Not sure if it’s to do with your environment or not but overly dry lips can be a symptom of dehydration and vitamin deficiencies too. They actually say you shouldn’t wait till you’re thirsty to drink because that reaction is because you’re then actually dehydrated.
@@YoungDymisty The fact that the only thing I have changed is the stuff I use on my lips and have radically different results shows it was the chapstick. Many things can cause dry lips, licking them often can as well. Its likely environmental causing my dry lips, but now I have a much better solution that works. I no longer need to always have a lip balm with me. Halle Berry was right, nipple cream works.

I had a local makeup company that did cream eyeshadow (Zorah). They put it in a lipgloss-like container with an applicator. It was actually nice, but I think it didn't sell all that great because they stopped selling them. All that written, I think even that product wasn't as creamy as yours xD.

Although your make up is already great. I'm really digging that glitter in your lids. You already have big beautiful eyes but something about that glitter even though some is covered when your eyes are open, It creates lines the top of your eyes in a way to where your eyes really pop. Although your make up is already great. I'm really digging that glitter in your lids. You already have big beautiful eyes but something about that glitter even though some is covered when your eyes are open, It creates lines the top of your eyes in a way to where your eyes really pop. If I had your eyes, that glitter shadow would be my new everyday. Please please please make a tutorial on how you get that nice crisp cat eye liner. Mine look terrible when I do that. Please help.
