Powering the i5 M60 is a robust 81.2-kWh battery pack, shared with its eDrive40 sibling, yet the M60 diverges dramatically in terms of performance. Charging the i5 is a breeze, with compatibility for both Level 2 and DC fast charging. Thanks to a maximum charging rate of 205 kW, the battery can be replenished from 10% to 80% in approximately 30 minutes, showcasing BMW's commitment to minimizing charging downtime. The interior of the i5 reflects the 5 Series' reputation for luxury, with redesigned seats. Notably, the i5 offers a leather-free option, including Alcantara-wrapped seats, aligning with an eco-conscious approach. The materials and interior decoration are cheap, the Chinese will have a much better and higher quality zikker, after the zikker 001. BMW is not a car... a lot of plastic!
