Everybody will agree in the end that Mihyun is the most lethal weapon amongst all of the heroes. She has super senses, but above all, she has the coolest mindset. BTW, Mihyun has all 5 super senses. 🙂
Did you notice the amount of purple in this episode? The mom even painted the roof of the donkatsu restaurant purple in the first ep so the dad can find them later on.

Another great episode of the parents' stage of story. I believe that both Kim Doo-sik and Jang Ju-won were loyal agents who truly believed in their mission, in protecting their Nation and their people from the threat of external enemies (as we see in their missions abroad that they carried out with enthusiasm and conviction). If they had had a boss who was less abusive and more interested in legitimate national interests than in his sinister and dangerous political agenda, everything would have been very different. Kim Doo-sik threw director Min Yong-jun into the gardens of the Blue House, the South Korean version of the White House and until recently the official residence of the South Korean Presidents, and with that act he managed to get the Administration of the President in power will pose questions to the intelligence services and end up reorganizing them to end the barbaric era, as Lee Mi-hyun says. Even with his defection, Kim Doo-sik did the Nation a service by him.
The relationship between Kim Doo-sik and Lee Mi-hyun is another beautiful and touching love story, like the one between Jang Ju-won and Hwang Ji-hee that we saw in the previous episode. In the case of Kim Doo-sik and Lee Mi-hyun, they were both lonely and seemingly cold people on the outside (even to the point of seeming insensitive) but deep down they both have warm hearts and a lot of love to give. Their relationship is very sweet and romantic in a particular way, and they are true soul mates. Watching them build their ideal family with their son was charming and fun, and it was very sad to see how their dream was destroyed, creating an uncertain destiny for them.
Director Min Yong-jun once again proved to be a realistic villain, very human and not at all cartoony (like DC or Marvel villains). He is a corrupt officer who knows how to navigate the dark world of politics within the bureaucracy of the intelligence services to survive and achieve his objectives. A Machiavellian and opportunistic bureaucrat within a spy agency is a terrible enemy in real life, much more so than a mad scientist or an alien villain in an American comic. He waited for his opportunity for years, surely taking advantage of the changes in Administration with the different Presidents to make his triumphant return and consummate his revenge.

Normal children get lost in streets and on the road. Meanwhile kid Bongseok get lost in the sky. 😆
This is one of my favorite episodes, i love the relationship between Kim Doosik and Mihyun 🥺💜
I think Mihyun also has advanced sense of smell, more advanced than ordinary people's senses or Doosik's or Jooweon's but not at the same level as Fuluffy's since that is his specialty. Like how Jooweon seems to have somewhat super strength as well, but still not at the same level as Jaeman (Kanghoon's dad).
Yeah and in episode 1 Bongseok can smell and identify the smell of what Mihyun was cooking in his room too, so Mihyun definitely has advanced sense of smell.
mihyun has advanced senses in general as in her vision, smell, hearing and taste. i thought it was obvious
Dont know if you notice the 3 superpower agents come to take Doosik is Jincheon, Bongpyeong and Naju who killed by Frank.
That sign for Doosik find Mihyun isnt the neon sign but the purple roof like how he used to find her apartment with purple curtains
the starting 20 minutes if this episode with the back and forth of storytelling was so intelligent and makes us go through 9999 different emotions 😭
i was the same as you guys coz at the start, i thought mihyun dooshik were separated by the org, then i thought mihyun had to betray him coz of her dad and made myself understand that yeah she's helpless! then we get to know it was mihyun dooshik plan all along to fool others 😭
plus the back and forth with juwon too! so many flips in the story i was on the edge of my seat
Min did mention Mihyun's ability as in all her senses are augmented when he was reading her profile just before he gave her the get-close to Doosik task.
Also her son showed the smelling sense at the start of ep1 while he was in bed.
I will never envy those who have super powers. I would never be free from those who want my powers.
I'm looking forward to the legendary episode 13 title "Jang Joo Won" soon

In the original webtoon, due to Kim Doo-sik's refusal to obey the orders of his superior and his conflicts with him, Kim Doo-sik becomes disliked, leading to a trap that results in his capture by North Korea. In essence, he assigns Kim Doo-sik a mission and provides North Korea with information about his whereabouts, orchestrating his capture in North Korea. This detail content is omitted in the drama. Additionally, Kim Doo-sik tries to make it appear as if he's been betrayed by her, trying to show people that he despises her. However, his attempts fail due to his boss, who has already eavesdropped on their conversations and his subordinate who tracks and discovers anything because he has lizard-like eyes and a keen sense of smell
