You are speaking only about interest payment to your loan. What about principal payment of your loan? Your emi will include interest as well as principal right
In mortgage loan aur Loan against property i.e. LAS only interest payments required annually. NO EMI. so you can pay principal at the end from your accumulated wealth.
@@harshvira19, as far as I know the mortgage will also have EMI including the principal component.. Principal payment at the end of the year, I never heard..

I am surprised to hear that you are repeatedly saying a 30% return, 30% return easily from an investment! Bro.. be serious.. no investment offers 30% return easily! I myself am using the 4th strategy you mentioned and made lakhs of profit but be realistic! Lol.. I did it bcoz I got a loan below 5% interest and I secured 12-15% return. Bcoz it's a riskier loan we have to invest the principal in less riskier investment!
