I mean this technique looks easier and faster than modeling and texturing every single asset, and this way the scene have way more sense of depth than a flat image.
consult How do you rotate the camera and that the texture of the objects is not deformed, since the texture is associated with the view of the camera; by giving it movement the texture begins to look stretched
Yea sometimes it does if you move so much like in a opposite direction or total side ways or top view....i tried keeping that boundaries amd used some assets to hide those stretched areas too....

When u add a bump node, the source node(image texture) need to be set to non-color data for best result.

I don't know much about games but I think photoscans using latest Unreal engine can achieve that too and is possible that will get photorealism aswell
