Shoulder taps is one of my absolute favourite exercises at the moment.
The reason for that is that it is an excellent warm-up or (beginner friendly) exercise, and all you need to practice it is any flat surface. 🔥🔥🔥

Great ideas. Placing a furniture slider under the KB may make it slightly easier, but it may also save your floor or carpet.

Thanks so much Dr. Horschig for sharing many good videos on exercises. I used to hate squats because it caused pain on my knees. But your guidance helped me to fix it so now it’s one of my routines. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Quick question - How long should I be able to plank with good form before moving on to a harder variation?

1-2 minutes, if you're holding regular plank for that long, it's too easy for you. Definitely try the version where your elbows are under your eyes and more forward than the regular version with elbows under shoulders.

Could you please make side plank regressions and progressions?

I put my feet on sliders and my elbows down in a plank and push forward and back- much like what you did on the foam roller, but my feet are sliding back and forth instead of my arms.

Fantastic as always! The KB shift is surely a progression from the shoulder tap?

i was thinking the same thing. it seems much more difficult than shoulder taps

For the KB X progression, do you need to switch at any point? It appears you are always using the same arm to pull across each time. Should both sides pull across at some point (say 5 -10 reps each side)? Or am I completely misunderstanding the movement. Thank you!!
(So each side is pulling in the X formation to complete this exercise in case my question is muddled).

    Sir,
McGill Curl (lifting head) OR Dead Bug?
Which one is better for the person suffering from chronic back pain issues, originated due to L5-S1 injury in the past?
