    In Ghana 🇬🇭 we have two different types how to prepare okro . We have okro soup and okro stew yeah.

    I think the Channel will benefit from having someone from the country whose food you’re reviewing. It will help shed light on ingredients for the food and how it’s supposed to be eaten. Waakye has to be mixed together with the gari, stew and shito and spaghetti. The Banku tastes fermented because the main ingredient is fermented corn dough and cassava.

      Yeah they wouldn’t know how to pronounce them as we both have different names. They’re Nigerian so. I would say Ivory Coast shares more similar food with Ghana since we’re neighbouring countries.
