I can't believe I felt sorry for Kenny this whole movie that plot twist was so unexpected I really felt sorry for a monster this whole time 😩

The world is a scary place. We never got to know who the hacker was. 😑 and even if he wanted to expose them he had his fun and then did what he wanted to do which makes him no different then the people he's going after.
nah hackers delivering justice. sure he made them all do some bad shit but the only ones who did something really bad are the ones whos crime was the worst the boy got forced to rob a bank and kill a person. imagine how desperate hed have to be not to be exposed to do those 2 things. i dont even want to imagine what the other person did considering he was also willing to kill.

What keeps me from liking this episode is that the blackmail wouldn't really succeed IRL. Unless Kenny's webcam was over his shoulder, showing what was on the screen, then the hacker could claim he was watching anything, and there'd be no proof. Even a screen recording could be faked, and there'd be nothing concrete tying the screen recording to Kenny's webcam footage. Same with the others. The CEO's crime was racist emails, but anyone would write an email and edit it to look like it came from someone else's email. And unless the dude's sexually explicit photos showed his face, the hacker could take most any dick pic, send it to an escort, and edit it to look like it came from his phone number.
Think about it, would you believe a random phone number suddenly texting you and claiming someone you knew was a horrible person, especially knowing images, videos, emails and text messages can all be faked, and knowing you're clearly dealing with a criminal that tried to extort money out of your friends and family?
There is a reason people are scared of their search history lol. I doubt that the police can't find that, if the hacker can.. they sure can

I remember thinking the exact same thing when I saw this episode. Especially proving Kenny's crime is the hardest to do because of the reasons mentioned above, email thing can be proved by checking the orginal recipient's inbox, escort thing can also be proved by checking the escort's inbox sent from the dude's phone number.
The issue is that Kenny, Hector and the other people involved knew that they were guilty and knew that they could be easily found out. It didn't matter that the hackers' information wasn't 100% irrefutable proof that would stand up in court, it mattered that it would be spread to all their friends and family who might believe it. Plus I believe Kenny and Hector had a conscience, they weren't complete confidence tricksters nor professional liars. They couldn't just pretend to know nothing about what's they'd done when seeing their loved ones upset.

It was way too easy to guess what Kenny had been watching, right from the beginning. In this day and age, nothing (except for CP) is shameful or embarrassing anymore.

I remember watching this episode and thinking it's just a video of you touching yourself who cares and then you get to the end
The fact its a hacker they could claim he cut and paste that stuff together. By secretly recording them unaware. Also also thinking and doing something is two totally different things. You sent a pic or you pleasured yourself is just thoughts. No one did a full act on those thoughts. Therefore it was no need to panic, and be afriad someone knew what you Thought.

That plot twist in the end really hit me hard, since I used to work in the forensic realm. But the entire story makes you realize there are no good guys.

Just a small detail, I believe Kenny was "activated" the day after the hackers recorded him. There was nothing in the episode to suggest that more time had elapsed, and even the footage you used when you said this occured _before_ the recording and blackmailing.
