I hear the first sound n get all those fuzzy feelings. I’m 44yrs old and I had 3things I had to do in life n one was to see Sir Elton in concert, cure diabetes n have lots of pets. I was young when I made this very short list. Lol I got the chance to see him in concert n I cried. A little emotional but it was so worth it! He’s amazing n sounds better live than on cd. Well back then it was a cassette. Now if I could only find the cure to diabetes.
The : World Best Componist, pianist, and actor,....this song : profetic , legendary, colossal...frenetic, and fantastic..!!! Thank You for the Prof. Elton
I have to say this one sounds AOK, however I liked the Steinway pianos better. Let's be honest there will never be a better performance of Tonight than was heard in Live in Australia.
@@awp9855 I just listened to the Moscow version, very good, but I have to agree with Scott. The Australian version has an orchestral backing that adds depth & power, other versions cannot compete with it. ruclips.net/video/4nX5NvlK1rE/видео.html While on that MSO concert in 1986 the version of Tiny Dancer is the best EVER, for the same reason of depth & power, listen up my friend please. ruclips.net/video/_dBlO2UWHUo/видео.html
The man's a genius!!
Still always get choked up when Elton sings the line...."tonight why not approach with less defiance" I;ve learned a lot over the years.
My God, his fingers just float across the keys. Beautiful song, reminds me of my other life.
Jajajaja 😂
My favourite EVER solo artist, simple as that!!
By far my favorite EJ song. Cold chills Everytime I listen to it. Ray Cooper is wonderful!
He played this at the first concert I saw him at Wembley '85, just memorising.
I had the great pleasure of seeing Ray Cooper with EJ once in Cleveland.. Incredible!
With " Funeral/love ,is the very best of Elton!!
I was there!!! fantastic concert. Elton and Ray. two genius!!!!

Probably my favourite song by Elton John. I just wish the intro were a little shorter, it's 3 minutes.

@@jerryyeaaah15 it's mixed with electronic sound not like back in the 70s

Is this from the Rocket Club gift DVD?
A riot sung by George Michael.
Ray was bloody way way off in his starting.☹️
lmao yeah 😂79 Moscow is hilarious too 😂 he hit something wrong in the begining it sounded like a broken bell
George Michael could sing this song 😉
Daza Bexton GM have sing that... And it was bad!
I hate the embellishments he ads to his songs in his old age. The stock piano part was brilliant enough!
U are silly
as the composer, he will never play two of his songs the same way, he knows these songs on a much higher level than just the "stock piano part"
Elton tends to overplay a lot more these days, and not always great stuff, almost to compensate for his lost vocal abilities.
