I had a personal mandala effect. I was married over 20 years, divorced and moved to the other side of the same city. There was a park on the old part of town that has a bad ass pecan tree, really old, really big. We would gather about 3 full paper shopping bags full of big paper shell pecans. It grew inside a fenced area that was closed for events so the only access was when the city was preparing for an event. I left that side of town in 2011, I go back just to check things out in my old hood in 2020. The fence was gone around that side of the park and there was another kind of tree there! It was just as big and as old but now it was an elm! That just freaked me out. It makes you doubt your sanity but I know all those pecans we gathered for several years were real.
Yes it was a commercial with the white screen and the energizer bunny was just pounding away at the drum until he finally turned around and the battery was in his back and he just kept going. That's how I remember the commercial.
I have no proof of anything (actually I probably do because I've got hundreds of VHS tapes my mom used to record off of tv, but i have no intention of looking)... but I can relatively confidently say that there was one specific energizer commercial where the bunny had a set of batteries in a charger in his back... but I also specifically remember that being the first time I'd seen that. I would argue that the fact that it was so very different is the exact reason that most people remember it. In the vast majority of commercials, those batteries were never on his back.

I’m 66 and my grandmother had one What really freaks me out about the Mandela effect is that I remember almost all of these and my children do not -but they used to and to top it all off. I believe my uncle died from a stroke and my children believe he died from cancer it feels really weird to think that my children are not my children - my one daughter doesn’t speak to me because she said she hasn’t spoken to me since I slapped her. They also had the battery on the side too. Mr. Rogers to me is easy to explain. You have a general rhythm to the song in your head.. the melody.. his voice.. but the way "this" flows in the wording compared to "the" just doesn't sound right. There are however other references of the song using "the neighborhood". There was also some cartoon where the lyrics were "the neighborhood".

Now there's more to this. I remember talking to my Great grandmother, great aunts and they said they remember certain things in the past a certain way, but history was changed somehow. My local Walgreens had Dunkin Donuts coffee for a couple months because I would buy them 5 days a week for work. They stopped carrying them and everyone told me that they never carried them. I remember those. If you landed a nickel you got cinnamon twist, a dime was a taco and the quarter got you a bean burrito. I always got all 3 every time I visited my local Taco Bell,..... costed me some pocket change but hey it was for a good cause. I remember the water because if you created too much movement in the water you could knock the coin off before you got to the bottom shelf then 1 day out of the blue the game was sitting there on the counter without the water in it and I asked the GM of the store who is a friend of mine " What gives,...... where is the water??" She looked at me square in the eye and said "There was NEVER any water in that thing." Now I know there was indeed water in those games but she said there never was. I had 1 of my other friends in there with me and he said he never seen it with water in it. The funny thing is I was the first person to ever win all 3 prizes in 1 visit at that location and got so excited that, I etched my initials on the side of the container. The "ONE" without the water still had my initials in it and it did not look cloudy from water drying up in it. Explain that!!

I know no one's missing from the picture, but when I first heard about that missing 6th person I got the image of a tall guy with different clothes from the others that was never in the show but seemed like he would've been, what I think is happening is that in an alternate timeline or reality there actually is a 6th person and that the girl that posted that is getting the echo of a memory from their alternate self in that different reality, it's the only thing that can explain the Scooby Doo missing person feeling people get. It was on his BACK when the commercials shared the common themed ending where the bunny is rolling away in the distance so all you see is its back. It makes sense they put the battery there. Those were the villain-themed commercials where some evil dude is trying to destroy the bunny (Villain attempts to kill bunny but his batteries fail). Then in many other commercials the bunny is just rolling across the camera view from left to right, so it makes more sense to make the battery more visible on the side. Your kidneys are basically at the middle of the abdomen (if you half your abdomen {don’t half your whole torso, just abdomen} horizontally not vertically) and set to the back of your torso towards your spine. So a kidney shot is still a thing. And pain from kidneys are in the lower back/flank and into the pelvis. The kidneys are not and have never been located behind your lungs in the upper half of your abdomen. There would be no room. The heart is in the middle and slightly to the left. That’s why CPR works. CPR wouldn’t work if it was on the complete left side. I am a paramedic and that lady has no idea what she’s talking about.
Okay, the Cruelella coat one. At the beginning of the movie, it's plain white. I think it's while she is visiting them after puppies. She gets ink spilled on it, making it look like a dalmatian. Which gives her the idea to steal the puppies to make a real coat.

The first time I see a heart doctor in the late 90s I seen a sign that please tell us if your heart is on the right”, so I asked the doctor what that was about and he explained that it’s technically in the middle. For some few it’s slightly on the right and the I believe that the bigger part is also on the right( but I could be wrong on that last part.

When I was younger, companies wouldn't misspell words. I remember it very clearly because I'm black, and we would purposely misspell words. Companies didn't want to be associated with the "ghetto" look. When I heard this as a child, it hurt, and I'll never forget being seen as ignorant just because I was black. I stopped misspelling words on purpose. It was definitely white out.

In the summer of 1995 I was with some friends on a very memorable once in a lifetime vacation before starting high school. We were being silly and goofing off; I was also a little/lot nerdy but letting loose. Someone dumped out their purse to find a room key and some paper correction came out onto the bed. I picked up the bottle and read "wite-out," (no h to my utter shock), and I made a huge deal of what I perceived as a mis-spelled word, (even though it's their brand and they can spell it however they want). Anywho, I'm 100% certain our hearts are at least slightly to the left and in '95 it was spelled wite-out. In general, that type of 'mis-spelled' brand name spelling was uncommon back then. That was another reason I was super surprised and made some pretty childish and obnoxious comments about, "who spells it like that?" and so on. I didn't know anything about different races tending to mis-spell on purpose, (I really have never heard of that until just now) and it was also 100% a nerdy grammar issue with me and just being a silly kid.

The Fruit of the Loom cornucopia is true. The brand was bought out by another (or something along those lines) and the new "owners" removed it. They have since been covering it up stating "there never was a cornucopia" because they are technically a "different brand" now. So yes, back in the day Fruit of the Loom did have a cornucopia but the "new" Fruit of the Loom brand does not. I remember reading this somewhere awhile ago. They used to tell us our heart was JUUSSSTT to the left, but as far as I know it’s more center w just a bit more heart on the left side… so we’d put our hands over “our hearts” for pledge and why our wedding rings are worm on left hands, closer to the heart
This is what I was taught and after looking up vintage posters it clearly shows the heart starts in the middle and faces the left so technically most of it is in the left side but it is in the centre hence the reson chest compressions are done to the centre and heart surgery scars are also in the centre. I've got a very strange event that happened just a few months ago. I was recoating a metal roof from white to brown. A very drastic and noticeable color change. The directions said to avoid coating in direct sunlight, which being a roof made it much more difficult. However, in the process of applying the first coat, I had to do part of in the morning as shade had fallen on just half of the roof. In the afternoon, shade fell on the other half of the roof, so I was able to complete the first coat after working all day. As evening was approaching my husband helped me to retrieve the supplies from the roof once I finished the first coat. Both of us remarked how much better it looked completely covered and no longer white. I was especially glad the first coat was completed as it's always the part that takes the longest. I was looking forward to applying the final coat the next day. The next morning, I gathered all my supplies and headed back up on top of the roof, only to find that the roof was half brown and half white. I asked my husband to go look at it and he said "Why did you paint that end white again"? Obviously I had not painted it white again. I didn't even have any white paint! However the paint I added in the afternoon was completely gone! No residue, no paint what so ever other than the original white that I started with. I was perplexed to say the least. I searched for any reasonable answer. There had been no rain, no moisture and there was no paint in the gutter or on the eves. It was as if i had never painted it. This particular paint dries quickly and needs to be cleaned with mineral spirits. Water wouldn't even have remove it with a pressure washer. It was a 5 gallon bucket of paint, which was stirred with a electric paint mixer every hour while I worked. It was the same bucket for both sides of the roof. It was also the same bucket when I recoated it for both the second coat and the missing coat. That paint is still there today. Can anyone explain how both of us remembered so many details of me completing the first coat the first day only to find just half of the roof coated the second day? Before you ask, No drugs, no alcohol, not even an aspirin were involved, not that day or any other day.
The one that gets me most is the Stove Top Mandela effect. Supposedly older content was congesting hard drives or space on the internet so they needed to make room for newer websites, and content which included pictures as well. “The way back machine” website was recently hacked so I’m not surprised if stuff from there got deleted as well. The Mandela effect has been a result of the big corporations and or the government’s. No surprise.

I have a personal Mandela effect as do others. I grew up in my local forest and know it like my own home. This forest is largely deciduous and pine trees are rare. One day, I took an old familiar trail along the lake heading west. I crossed a field and walked with the water on my right. Shortly after I reentered the forest, I came upon a massive pine tree. I stopped utterly astonished by its immensity. If I stretch my arms all the way out they could not remotely begin to encircle the trunk. I stared ar the massive pine in awe and disbelief because after forty years of exploring my forest I promise it had never ever been there. Trees of that size barely exist in my state. My gut told me not to but I had to touch it. I spent a few minutes marveling at it before I continued west, with the beautiful lake still on my right. I hiked for about forty minutes and came to a part of the trail that briefly turns south before crossing a stream then heading west again. I saw the stream through the trees before the brush thickened and suddenly, directly before me, I noticed a brightness through the deep shade where there should be none. I continued utterly baffled to find myself back at the clearing I had crossed forty minutes prior but on the opposite side. The lake on my right with me still facing west. My blood ran cold as I fought back fear and noticed how rapidly the sun was dropping. I had no choice but to continue west through the darkening forest that I absolutely love but somehow now seemed sinister. I felt that if the darkness caught me I would never see the other side of the woods. I hiked up the cleaning and took an alternate trail heading west because there was no way I wanted to pass that ancient and magnificent pine again. I popped out of the woods sometime after sunset utterly grateful to have found reality. I have no explanation for what I experienced and it took me a while to set foot in the woods again. I live only a stones throw from the forest and it lures me into its beauty like the call of a siren but nothing could compel me to take the trail by the ancient pine again.

I have two theories, and I believe they're almost likely.
1. Alternate timeline/universe
2. That AI, and deep fakes, have been around longer than we know, and the Mandela Effect is a test run to see if we can edit, and replace, history to a new narrative.

However, there was one episode where he was talking about his neighborhood specifically and he went around talking to the postman and policeman and librarian. Just for that ONE episode he sang it with ‘this’ and you can see he’s smiling big after singing that and he goes on to happily explain why he sang ‘this’ neighborhood in that episode.

I had a personal mandala effect. I was married over 20 years, divorced and moved to the other side of the same city. There was a park on the old part of town that has a bad ass pecan tree, really old, really big. We would gather about 3 full paper shopping bags full of big paper shell pecans. It grew inside a fenced area that was closed for events so the only access was when the city was preparing for an event. I left that side of town in 2011, I go back just to check things out in my old hood in 2020. The fence was gone around that side of the park and there was another kind of tree there! It was just as big and as old but now it was an elm! That just freaked me out. It makes you doubt your sanity but I know all those pecans we gathered for several years were real.
Trees die of old age or get wrecked by storms. The tree fell on the fence and they didn't want to spend the money to replace the tree and the fence.

Yes it was a commercial with the white screen and the energizer bunny was just pounding away at the drum until he finally turned around and the battery was in his back and he just kept going. That's how I remember the commercial.

I have no proof of anything (actually I probably do because I've got hundreds of VHS tapes my mom used to record off of tv, but i have no intention of looking)... but I can relatively confidently say that there was one specific energizer commercial where the bunny had a set of batteries in a charger in his back... but I also specifically remember that being the first time I'd seen that. I would argue that the fact that it was so very different is the exact reason that most people remember it. In the vast majority of commercials, those batteries were never on his back.
When I was getting too rambunctious as a child my grandmother would always say “come here and turn around, I’m going to take your batteries out.” And because of the Energizer Bunny, I was convinced I too had batteries in my BACK! Always in his back!

Omg! The Thanksgiving one is blowing my mind. I am 60 yo. I have always known Thxgiving to be the 3rd Thursday of November! It’s been tried and true my whollllllle entire life until this past November. What really freaks me out about the Mandela effect is that I remember almost all of these and my children do not -but they used to and to top it all off. I believe my uncle died from a stroke and my children believe he died from cancer it feels really weird to think that my children are not my children - my one daughter doesn’t speak to me because she said she hasn’t spoken to me since I slapped her. I have never raised my hand to any of my children. I never hit her, but we are now estranged and I don’t even remember this fight, she says that I have Alzheimer’s, but I’ve not been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and I remember every one of these effects. I think my entire family is from this f-led up timeline.

It IS ET phone home lol. People are literally straining themselves to look for these ME's that they throw out bad ones. For example, that person didn't even bother to watch the following 30 seconds of the movie where ET actually does point out the window toward the sky again and say "ET phone home". First it says "home phone" which is why the kids are looking all bewildered like "whatchu say bout my mama?" then suddenly it hits them like "ohhhhhhhh. ET phone home!". Then ET repeats it the way they said it.

Mr. Rogers to me is easy to explain. You have a general rhythm to the song in your head.. the melody.. his voice.. but the way "this" flows in the wording compared to "the" just doesn't sound right. There are however other references of the song using "the neighborhood". There was also some cartoon where the lyrics were "the neighborhood".

My great-grandmother raised me, she was born in 1906. She and her sisters told me a lot of stories where history was changed. I remember those. If you landed a nickel you got cinnamon twist, a dime was a taco and the quarter got you a bean burrito. I always got all 3 every time I visited my local Taco Bell,..... costed me some pocket change but hey it was for a good cause. I remember the water because if you created too much movement in the water you could knock the coin off before you got to the bottom shelf then 1 day out of the blue the game was sitting there on the counter without the water in it and I asked the GM of the store who is a friend of mine " What gives,...... where is the water??" She looked at me square in the eye and said "There was NEVER any water in that thing." Now I know there was indeed water in those games but she said there never was. I had 1 of my other friends in there with me and he said he never seen it with water in it. The funny thing is I was the first person to ever win all 3 prizes in 1 visit at that location and got so excited that, I etched my initials on the side of the container. The "ONE" without the water still had my initials in it and it did not look cloudy from water drying up in it.

I know no one's missing from the picture, but when I first heard about that missing 6th person I got the image of a tall guy with different clothes from the others that was never in the show but seemed like he would've been, what I think is happening is that in an alternate timeline or reality there actually is a 6th person and that the girl that posted that is getting the echo of a memory from their alternate self in that different reality, it's the only thing that can explain the Scooby Doo missing person feeling people get. Some people even get a vague memory of what the 6th person looked like.

The battery was always on the bunny's leg. Why would it be on his back? The advertiser would not have put it on his back because the character would have to turn its back to the viewer to show the battery. With the battery on his leg, the viewer can still see the full mascot and the battery.

He did in many commercials. It was also on his back. It was on his BACK when the commercials shared the common themed ending where the bunny is rolling away in the distance so all you see is its back. It makes sense they put the battery there. Those were the villain-themed commercials where some evil dude is trying to destroy the bunny (Villain attempts to kill bunny but his batteries fail). Then in many other commercials the bunny is just rolling across the camera view from left to right, so it makes more sense to make the battery more visible on the side. They made tons of commercials in the mid 90's to early 2000's where they tried to make you think they were ads for some random product, then the bunny starts rolling across the screen.. "Still going, and going, and going..."
Okay I can argue all day, but 1 thing I know is Cruella's coat was not spotted because the whole movie was about her wanting the puppies so she could create the coat.

Your kidneys are basically at the middle of the abdomen (if you half your abdomen {don’t half your whole torso, just abdomen} horizontally not vertically) and set to the back of your torso towards your spine. So a kidney shot is still a thing. And pain from kidneys are in the lower back/flank and into the pelvis. The kidneys are not and have never been located behind your lungs in the upper half of your abdomen. There would be no room.
The heart is in the middle and slightly to the left. That’s why CPR works. CPR wouldn’t work if it was on the complete left side.

When I was younger, companies wouldn't misspell words. I remember it very clearly because I'm black, and we would purposely misspell words. In the summer of 1995 I was with some friends on a very memorable once in a lifetime vacation before starting high school. We were being silly and goofing off; I was also a little/lot nerdy but letting loose. Someone dumped out their purse to find a room key and some paper correction came out onto the bed. I picked up the bottle and read "wite-out," (no h to my utter shock), and I made a huge deal of what I perceived as a mis-spelled word, (even though it's their brand and they can spell it however they want). Anywho, I'm 100% certain our hearts are at least slightly to the left and in '95 it was spelled wite-out.
In general, that type of 'mis-spelled' brand name spelling was uncommon back then. That was another reason I was super surprised and made some pretty childish and obnoxious comments about, "who spells it like that?" and so on. I didn't know anything about different races tending to mis-spell on purpose, (I really have never heard of that until just now) and it was also 100% a nerdy grammar issue with me and just being a silly kid.
100 percent it was 3rd Thursday!! I remember my grandma setting me straight on it when I was young and I remember that was a sign that I had a week or so left of November and needed to start saving for Xmas.

The Fruit of the Loom cornucopia is true. The brand was bought out by another (or something along those lines) and the new "owners" removed it. They have since been covering it up stating "there never was a cornucopia" because they are technically a "different brand" now. So yes, back in the day Fruit of the Loom did have a cornucopia but the "new" Fruit of the Loom brand does not. I remember reading this somewhere awhile ago. I also learned what a cornucopia was due to the Fruit of the Loom brand as a child.

This is what I was taught and after looking up vintage posters it clearly shows the heart starts in the middle and faces the left so technically most of it is in the left side but it is in the centre hence the reson chest compressions are done to the centre and heart surgery scars are also in the centre. I've got a very strange event that happened just a few months ago. I was recoating a metal roof from white to brown. A very drastic and noticeable color change. The directions said to avoid coating in direct sunlight, which being a roof made it much more difficult. However, in the process of applying the first coat, I had to do part of in the morning as shade had fallen on just half of the roof. In the afternoon, shade fell on the other half of the roof, so I was able to complete the first coat after working all day. As evening was approaching my husband helped me to retrieve the supplies from the roof once I finished the first coat. Both of us remarked how much better it looked completely covered and no longer white. I was especially glad the first coat was completed as it's always the part that takes the longest. I was looking forward to applying the final coat the next day.
The next morning, I gathered all my supplies and headed back up on top of the roof, only to find that the roof was half brown and half white. I asked my husband to go look at it and he said "Why did you paint that end white again"? Obviously I had not painted it white again. I didn't even have any white paint! However the paint I added in the afternoon was completely gone! No residue, no paint what so ever other than the original white that I started with. I was perplexed to say the least. I searched for any reasonable answer. There had been no rain, no moisture and there was no paint in the gutter or on the eves. It was as if i had never painted it. This particular paint dries quickly and needs to be cleaned with mineral spirits. Water wouldn't even have remove it with a pressure washer. It was a 5 gallon bucket of paint, which was stirred with a electric paint mixer every hour while I worked. It was the same bucket for both sides of the roof. It was also the same bucket when I recoated it for both the second coat and the missing coat. That paint is still there today. Can anyone explain how both of us remembered so many details of me completing the first coat the first day only to find just half of the roof coated the second day? Before you ask, No drugs, no alcohol, not even an aspirin were involved, not that day or any other day.

Supposedly older content was congesting hard drives or space on the internet so they needed to make room for newer websites, and content which included pictures as well. “The way back machine” website was recently hacked so I’m not surprised if stuff from there got deleted as well. The Mandela effect has been a result of the big corporations and or the government’s. No surprise.

I have a personal Mandela effect as do others. I grew up in my local forest and know it like my own home. This forest is largely deciduous and pine trees are rare. One day, I took an old familiar trail along the lake heading west. I crossed a field and walked with the water on my right. Shortly after I reentered the forest, I came upon a massive pine tree. I stopped utterly astonished by its immensity. If I stretch my arms all the way out they could not remotely begin to encircle the trunk. I stared ar the massive pine in awe and disbelief because after forty years of exploring my forest I promise it had never ever been there. Trees of that size barely exist in my state. My gut told me not to but I had to touch it. I spent a few minutes marveling at it before I continued west, with the beautiful lake still on my right. I hiked for about forty minutes and came to a part of the trail that briefly turns south before crossing a stream then heading west again. I saw the stream through the trees before the brush thickened and suddenly, directly before me, I noticed a brightness through the deep shade where there should be none. I continued utterly baffled to find myself back at the clearing I had crossed forty minutes prior but on the opposite side. The lake on my right with me still facing west. My blood ran cold as I fought back fear and noticed how rapidly the sun was dropping. I had no choice but to continue west through the darkening forest that I absolutely love but somehow now seemed sinister. I felt that if the darkness caught me I would never see the other side of the woods. I hiked up the cleaning and took an alternate trail heading west because there was no way I wanted to pass that ancient and magnificent pine again. I popped out of the woods sometime after sunset utterly grateful to have found reality. I have no explanation for what I experienced and it took me a while to set foot in the woods again. I live only a stones throw from the forest and it lures me into its beauty like the call of a siren but nothing could compel me to take the trail by the ancient pine again.

Here in West Virginia, the first week of deer season was always the same week as thanksgiving. Since so many school boys always hunted that week, very few students showed up for school, so the school board decided to close school for the whole week of thanksgiving which was always the third Thursday of November.
