We are running a very similar setup and have been super happy; Synthetic line on a Smittybilt winch with the similar Factor 55 fairlead and Flatlink. But we are also saving for a Warn Zeon.
@@RedRockCrawlers okay serious question for those of us on a budget; is the quadratec brand winches acceptable in your opinion? ...or still not worth it because an extra hundred or two would land you a Smitty...?
@@goodgreenmen2126 I think you would be fine with a Quadratec winch. Again I think it comes down to how much you use it. For the weekend warriors I think a smitty or quadratec or similar is a great start.
I'd like to hear your thoughts. What are you running, Steel or Synthetic? and why. Check out my opinion at the end of the video!

thats what I ultimately want is the warn. its so pricey!
Как же это круто выглядит. Очень клевая жизнь.
save that wire rope... haha
I think the synthetic line is better for me at this point. Mainly because I won't use it much and when I do it won't hit a kid.
Apex badlands 12000 winch. Synthetic roap, and only $500
you couldn't pay me to use Harbor Freight junk
i'm not dissing anyone that uses it, I know they are less expensive and that works for several people!
