You’re wrong! I am a 53-year-old American citizen who slept in Japan for over 30 years. I am a Japanese ZEN Monk graduated from the seminary, which I have been a part of for over two years. You don’t think about how you’re going to incorporate Zen into your life. You just do it. If you think about it, he will lose. Just do it! I don’t wake up at 5 o’clock every morning, and crave sitting in zazen, chanting, doing memory, work, and cleaning. I just do it! I don’t think about it. I don’t think about the pros and the cons. I just do it!
