hi Jenny, i'd encourage u & anyone reading this to wear sunscreen indoors as the sun's uv rays can still penetrate through windows/glass. nothing wrong with wanting a tanned look - just keep in mind that the sun's rays don't stop, won't stop and they ultimately cause fine lines/wrinkles & other signs of aging. it's easier to prevent something than to reverse it; 90% of all skin-related aging is caused by the sun, which is why sunscreen is a must-have step to any skincare routine. the Purito centella sunscreen is a great one that leaves no white cast at all.

In do a green juice in the mornings and throughout the day for amazing energy (kale, spinach, 🍌,celery, more fruit, olive oil, a small piece of garlic, and almond milk.) I follow Dr Elizabeth Lanbaer's butt exercises and meal routines (she is amazing and vegan😍) and if I decide to go for a walk I listen to Louise Hay for inspiration, guidance and affirmations👏💖👍🏼
