this made me laughhh, thank YOU
Thank you jenny!!!♥️♥️♥️
Thank you jenny!!!!
Am I the only one that stays consistent with workouts for 2 weeks, then skips a day and end up never working out for months?
I felt that on a spiritual level ahahaah! Same for me here 🤣✨
I feel you! I actually study health psych and habit formation and I made a vid about it if you wanna check it out! ruclips.net/video/DVsqPcmnyn0/видео.html
Me too!
this is what i did at the beginning of quarantine ... i now haven’t worked out in like 4 months oops
that is my life... I've been in the no working out phase for months now and always find that to be the hardest to kick
jenny’s videos really make me feel like everything’s gonna be okay :,)
Seriously I get the same energy from Jenn. Comforting and positive.
Your videos aways giving us this calm and positive feelings, love it
I am glad that you talk about psychiatry and mental health so openly. I used to be anxious of the stigma around mental health services so thanks for sharing :)
“Cooking eating cleaning is an endless game” forreal 😅
I don’t really recommend those face brushes because they tend to do more damage than good. but if you are gonna use it do not use it more than once a week! If you’re trying to get rid of your clogged pores I highly recommend the paulas choice BHA solution!!
i just know you watch hyram
@@kellyfernandx i was about to comment the same lol
@@kellyfernandx I can't stand a know it all that doesn't even have original advice and repeats others like a parrot.
Raquel Lambropoulos girl why you mad? 😂 I wasn’t trying to offend her. That was actually a compliment because her advice is on point. But here you are being angry with someone you don’t even know...
Konjac sponges work well and are gentler too. I use those in the morning sometimes and bha every other night
Whener I open RUclips and see that you posted a video, I get a big grin on my face and I do a little wiggle of excitement. You're a vibe and it's a great one. Love you!!!
I’ve been watching your videos for the past two years and would like to say that you’ve served as such a fantastic inspiration for me. I’m 17 now, I feel like you’ve been this older sister throughout my teens 🤍 I hope you’re taking care of yourself, you’re helping take care of others :) all love, Annie
i'm usualy not watching your video's right away, i just like the excitement of knowing it's there for me and then watching it at the end of the day with even more joy
this vlog reminded me to take care of myself! thanks Jenny!
yes!! u deserve it sweet angel xxx
Hello!! 🌻
I was just thinking to myself while watching this how similar our hair type is (and how much better yours is styled, lol) and then you asked about curl enchantment and I was like: “I got this!!” I’ve tried dozens of vegan/CF conditioners, treatments, etc to help my curls and so I have some favorites (in order of preference):
1. R&B by Lush would be my top choice. I can’t remember from older videos if you’ve ever been into Lush products or not, but if you aren’t already familiar and want to try R&B, I’d suggest going in and buying a piece of solid soap (I just find this option is good because soap always comes in handy!) and then ask for a sample of R&B. Even though I’ve used R&B since about 2014, I still get samples of it when I make Lush purchases and then save the sample for traveling.
2. Anything Shea Moisture or Mixed Chicks - specifically any of the curl enchanting line from SM or the deep conditioner from MC. The only things I don’t *love* are that the SM products can almost be a bit too heavy for my hair unless applied sparingly (and I can’t really apply too sparingly because I have an insane amount of thick hair) and the MC products are incredibly softening and nourishing, but not very defining, if that makes sense. I’ve been using both of these lines for about 3-4 years.
3. I recently tried a new Shea Moisture product “Sugarcane Extract and Meadowfoam Seed Silicone Free Miracle Styler Leave-In Treatment” I didn’t include this above because I’ve used it for less than 6 months so I’m not entirely sure how I feel about it yet. The packaging is kind of consuming (yet cute) because it doesn’t really “spray” into your hair very easily, and then if I try spraying it into my hand, sometimes it sort of backfires and gets in my face? Maybe I’m the problem and not the packaging, I’m sure! But the formula reminds me a lot of R&B and has a pleasant scent! It is less viscose in texture than R&B which I’m not sure how I feel about. But it is more affordable and accessible than R&B (I’ve seen it sold at CVS, Whole Foods-I haven’t seen it at Target yet but I’m sure they carry it because they usually carry most Shea Moisture products). I think it’s definitely worth a try!
4. Just plain Argan Oil. Now, I remember like circa 2012 when Argan Oil was *the thing* and I tried it and was super underwhelmed. But like a year or so ago I randomly grabbed a bottle of it that was on sale by Acure and gave it a shot. I definitely still don’t care for how easy it is to go from glossy to greasy with oil application on hair, but I have been fairly impressed with how simple and effective it is if I am patient and use it right. I keep it near my hand soap in the bathroom and every so often after washing my hands I pump a quarter sized amount into my hands, use it to moisturize my hands and then run my hands through my mid shaft and ends until my hands don’t feel as greasy. I’ve just noticed my hair feels every so slightly healthier after beginning this weird habit.
🤷🏼♀️ Anyways! Your hair is my hair goals as it is, but I hope either these products work for you or you find some others that do to bring you hair joy!! Always love your videos, thanks for being here!! 💓
i second r&b! the sample size literally lasts me MONTHS
Hey, if anyone is interested in curl/wave definition you should try flaxseed gel. You cook it youself, only one ingredient and I find it super helpful in maintaining my wayve curls for more than one day. There are tons of videos on how to do do it. I personally find it easiest when I cook two spoon fulls with a bit of water until there are slimy/gluey strings which you see when you put a sponn into it, then I strain the hot liquid seed mixture and let the gel cool of. Ready to use!
cooking eating and cleaning is this endless game I play hahah omg I FEEL THIS
Love it 🥰🥰🥰 would love a journalling video!
noted ! ;)
thank you jenny, as someone who struggles a lot with taking care of themselves, actually watching you do it and be proud of yourself makes me want to put more effort into it and makes me believe I can make it too. I teared up hearing you describe that ricotta and raspberries toast lmao
love u
The scrunchie headband!!! amazing omg
Blueberries with milk is actually a very popular snack in the Nordic countries. Glad you kept it simple like that!
we’ve been on the same wave!!! eating clean n healthy n working out ahhh. self care at its finest 💕 brb while i do a face mask now haha. after a *somewhat horrible* period of some deep introspection n strict quarantine, i feel like a new person n it feels so good to grow😎✌🏼😎
makes me so happy to see you wearing hte pink scrunchie i sent you :-) also this inspired me to try the chloe ting workouts!! i feel like i'm in a rut without my zumba classes and need to do SOMETHING! would love to see a video about how you plan/film your youtube videos / youtube advice!!
your videos are really nice jenny, i love the way you play around with the colors and cute fonts. you also do really well at incorporating your sponsorships in a way that doesn't seem too in (y)our face :) keep up the good work, very nice and calming atmosphere xx
you look like a 70’s goddess! Love it! Where did you get your scrunchy headband? So cute xx
Jenny i adore your videos, they just keep me going every morning. ✨☀️
I love making flaxseed gel to define my curls- 1/4c whole flaxseeds, 2c water. Boil for 7-8 mins and strain. Generously put onto damp hair and curl/ scrunch before air drying or blowdrying with a diffuser. Oh and keep the gel in the fridge! :)
I have four little brothers, so endless game of cooking, eating (raher feeding), and cleaning is even more endless. Love you and your content, your videos are my motivation to scalp massage!
flax seed gel is great and it's super easy to make. I have wavy hair and it holds the curls perfectly and it's not sticky.
the way that this video literally helped me to start pulling myself out of a two month long slump and made me hopeful for the future again 🥺
Jenny... back in shape? You were never out of shape. Lol. Your energy is contagious and brings me inspiration and motivation!! Really I love that you care so much about our Mother Earth. Reuse, repurpose and recycle. Words to live by. You have inspired me to thrift, use metal straws, carry silverware and my canvas totes bags. I love how you decorate your homes. The sage bedding is gorgeous I'm currently getting ready to move out of state and I definitely will go to Good Will 1st. Especially for kitchen things . Art. Thankyou for your content. I always feel better after watching.
Love your videos Jenny! Would you consider doing a video about how you set up your google calendar/your plans and meetings! Would love to see how you organise your filming days vs edit days etc.! Love from London.
I’ve been loving your uploads! I think that most of your audience does (your comment section is so nice!!) so we’ll be here if you need to take breaks! Don’t feel pressured to pump out content when you NEED to take a break :) I’ve been living the vlogs though!! It makes me feel like I have company!!
love love LOVE that i found your channel recently! you're honestly inspiring me to go fully vegan! also, yes the vlogs are super entertaining and cool!
Loved this video Jenny! 🥰 You could check out the Curly Girl Method (CG method) for anything that has to do with curls! It’s also for wavy hair! I’ve gotten a lot of inspiration on what products might work for me, my hair has gotten so much better since starting with this method!
I love the positive vibes in this vlog, it seems like you‘re so happy! ☺️
Your videos have literally been the highlight of my quarantine the past few weeks. I've been taking better care of myself and living more intentionally thanks to you! Wishing you well!
Hi Jenny, that ricotta toast looked so good! any recipes you recommend I follow for the tofu ricotta?
You can always try a flaxseed curl gel! You can DIY it, stick it in the fridge, and it's a great zero waste alternative to buying other products!
your vlog flow is so natural and enjoyable, i legit never skip over any parts
yeah quarantine has gotten me really into how to "manage a household", and i'm so into seeing how other people are doing stuff. this is cool and feels honest. i feel like i can feel the heat coming through the screen watching the video, too lol
I DO THE BERRY MILK THING TOO!! with the small wild bluebs! and i describe it as ice cream too!!! this makes my heart so happy ily jenny
A grocery haul/must haves for going plant-based would be amaaaaazing
I would love to see you try the curly girl method for your hair, I've seen people doing it on tiktok and discovering they actually have curly hair. I think your hair would curl heaps if you tried it, sending love from Aus x

for vanity planet use the silicone brush head it works the best and feels super great on ur skin
I just made flaxseed gel for the first time today. I've embarked on giving my curls what they need only recently so I had no clue what gels or creams I could buy. I am in love with how easy flaxseed gel is to make and the result it gave me. There's lots of tutorials out there, xx
Thank you!! i'm gonna look into this! honestly never heard of it before for hair!
love love love this format
THE DESERT! I've been making this for a good 4 years now and you're the first person I see making it (besides myself). I am not crazy - yay!
Your vlogs give me so much positive energy! Thank you for sharing!! 💖💖💖💖
a curl cream that i recently started using (and that actually works and doesnt leave my curls crunchy) is by Verb and its just called "curl cream", know their cruelty free but i think some products may not be 100% vegan! love the fringy bits of your hair too!!
I just love your Vlogs they just inspire and ground me ! So thank you x
Jenny, I've been using Innersense Quiet Calm Curl Control styling cream and I'm in love with it! I have 2b/3a curls, though (but hey, maybe you have them too!). Before applying the cream I spray my hair with Calia's Balancing Leave-In Conditioner. It' been working great for me so far! Both products are vegan/cruelty-free.
I'm from Chicago and I say milk the same way Jenn. I have to say your skin was just GLOWING. enjoyed this! I am doing those blueberries in the morning can't wait
I would 100% recommend the « Vegan Curl Cream » from Cut by Fred. He’s a French hairdresser and his products are really amazing and clean 💫

I love Aveda be curly curl enhancer, I've used it for years and probably will forever! I do have shoulder length hair so I'm not sure how it would act in longer hair. Also I said the exact same thing today about how I'm always in the kitchen either cooking, cleaning, or eating lol

Love your videos! I am trying to lose 10 kilos and this is my 12th day without refined sugar. My skin cleared up and feel less tired, I only lost 1 kilo so far. But I find that without this decision I would always snack during the day, especially since I work from home since the pandemic started.
the amika curl corps is nice and the supernova moisture creme is also good for frizz both vegan/cruelty free!
Ugghhhhhhhggggh LOVE the hair jenny I LOVE IT!!! Love ya qt

Thank you so much for this vlog!! I needed this motivation today!
Prose is a great hair care brand!! I love their curl cream so much! I know they are for sure cruelty free but as far as their products being vegan.. I want to say you can choose that as a requirement when you're formulating your specific product!!
Your videos make me smile every time I see them pop up :)
Stream2Sea has a good natural/cruelty free leave in conditioner and works great on curls!
Eco-friendly curls!!! Def check out Ecoslay Orange Marmalade

Love this video!! Always taking some vlog tips from you cause I love the way you do yours! Also, Monat has an incredible curl cream! My hair is straight so I use other creams of theirs, but I have friends with curly hair and it takes it from frizzy to ringlets it’s INSANE! And vegan & cruelty free!!
I know the feeling where you enjoy the workout a little bit. Not too much but you're like "it's alright. I don't hate it" 😂
love your energy in this video!!!
flax seed hair gel- make it your self
I've been using the shea moisture curl enhancing smoothy on my hair for the last year and I'm loving it!
While not necessarily natural cosmetic, it is vegan and cruelty free! :-)
I have very fine 2c/3a curls. The cream is quite light so I would probably not recommend it for more stubborn hair!
I've just discovered your channel and I've been binge watching all your videos! I love your editing style! 🥰
