In this video, I talk about what to do if a girl still has an ex boyfriend in the background and she keeps thinking about him. The only thing that can ruin your relationship from where I'm standing is if you start getting jealous and seeing her ex as real competition.
I've seen other men make this mistake and it doesn't end well. I've seen girls who were massively in love with their boyfriends, fall out of love because their boyfriends started getting jealous and insecure about other men. These men were no real threat and the woman didn't want to be with them. However, the man's insecurity and jealousy turned his girlfriend off. Women are attracted to confidence above all else.

I'd say don't make the mistake of trying to pump and dump, just run and never look back. It's not worth it and you'll probably get burned.

This ☝️ Even if her ex has moved on with someone else, she is more than likely to still harbour feelings for him and just using you as the new guy to make him jelous. Not a position you want to be in as some “bandaid bf”.

Even if she knows your the better choice, if she's still stuck on the ex better ealk away 😅 do not endulge the drama or try to be the one. Do your thing a d Dip. This cuts both ways for men *and* women. If someone isn't over their ex yet, then there's no point in pursuing that person. Period. They need room and time to process their emotions and the last place you want to be is in a "rebound relationship." Those never end well (unless you take it for what it is...revenge sex...and you avoid the temptation to get emotionally invested in what is for all intents and purposes a fling). Bottom line, if there's a lot of talk about the ex (good, bad or indifferent) then start making plans to move on ASAP.
When your just someone’s rebound your only a distraction for their pain for being hurt by the person they really want. So in the end your just being used.

I’ve been on both sides of this equation. I’ve been the ex in the background and I’ve been the dumb ass trying to compete with the ex. Trust me, that ex is one text and coffee date away from crushing your soul. If she’s still into her ex just move on. It’s probably not even worth a pump and dump because you’re probably getting sloppy seconds.
Walk away! she will always be stuck on the ex.

Happened to me. Found out about the ex 3 months into the relationship and that they'd been in touch a few times and even met up and had sex. Burst out in anger but she asked for a second chance as she said she wanted to be with me and would do anything and everything for me to forgiver her. Couldn't forget couldn't forgive. Wanted revenge. Stayed on with her for another 4 months and acted nice so to get her become attached to me, shagged her almost everyday. Got bored and hated even seeing her. Dumped that b*tch in the bin and she went mad contacting me on all of my socials and even turning up at my place as I was ignoring her. I promise you bro revenge tasted sweeter knowing that she became attached to me. Wouldn't recommend this though, you're better off just dumping her. But this one deserved this.
How did you find out?
I don't understand pursuing a girl who's not interested in you. You go into the relationship knowing someone else is in her head. The thought of it will make me loose attraction instantly.

You just have to move on. I'm in this same situation. Guy cheated on her and is married now, she still keeps him around. She will always choose the ex over you.
