So stoked to get this! We run a couple lab centrifuges but not everything we do needs the level of power they run at, but we still have to fill bottles, balance them spin them, wash bottles, and repeat. Not only will this save us time on those runs, but it will also mean we should be able to "pre-fuge" what needs the full power, but running through the Spinzall first to remove the large solids and save room in the bottles for what will be finished liquid. GAME CHANGER!!!
Got mine yesterday, already gearing up to do clarified lime, lemon, etc. You can expect us here at Lone Wolf in Kingston, NY to be heavy promoters of this product!

Is there a recipe sheet or web page maybe a community page so we have an idea how much pectinex per ml of lime juice, cherry juice etc. How much magnesium carbonate (and Vodka) and pectinex for ginger. I plan on keeping note book. I caught your master clarification class at Campari. Learned a lot. How about selling a carry case? I love the Brevill Control Freak's case. Well done Dave @cookingissues

They did a pre-production run that ended around October last year. I imagine they either have a few extra units for sale or will do another production run later in the year.
