Exactly what PSG needed
See the coach doesn't play with "fakery".
Yes, have to add, he's a real one.
Great coach?
unhateable coach love him
He is hated in spain
I understand Xavi, they're used to Araújo fouling 10 times per game and grabbing everyone in La Liga without consequences, so it was shocking for him to see him getting rightfully sent off today.
Maybe you should watch some football before you talk.
@@superstrongr Now try saying that again without being mad
@@superstrongrhe did, Araujo deserved that red. What else do you expect?
@superstrongr maybe you shouldn't be biased cause I watch football and he described araujo correctly. Mid player, can't defend against the elite players, mbappe, vinicious, dembele, or any real talent. In la Liga he gets away with all the fouls, not in Europe and farsa fans can't wrap their heads around the fact that araujo is a good defender but not elite 🥱🥱
Is that why a goal in the second last game of Barca in La Liga got wrongly disallowed with VAR???

Good timing by Atletico to get eliminated at the same time as Barca. No one is talking about them.

No one talking about it but the fans
i think it’s also because their fan base isn’t as toxic, doesn’t talk as much trash as barca, and make big claims.

“HOW SAD I AM, HOW SAD I AM” - King Luis
When will players realise its better to concede a goal than be sent off?
He probably didn't he would be sent off.
To be honest he made a bad decision, first the pass he was making was wrong and dive on someone like that is a penalty, but to be honest if the refree wanted he would have given just a yellow card.
@@ikpeamaojichukwu5947if the ref gave a yellow for denying a clear goal scoring opportunity just outside the box it wld hv been an absolute disgrace.
@@ikpeamaojichukwu5947 he really should've known he would get sent off, tbh its not even a discussion. its a red clear as day and Arujo is a professional footballer and should understand that. Sometimes it might be beneficial to avoid a goal and risk it, but not in this case. You are up two goals and still have 70 minutes left to play - against a really fast team knowing your team's defense is terrible. Barcelona's offensive threat was legit and you just have to trust you can either maintain your 1 goal lead or score more but that's only really possible with 11v11 bar a miracle.
@@nithin7874 agreed

He is just a 🤡. Man never did anything for Barcelona
Never knew Luis Enrique could be so funny 🤣 GG PSG
Bradley Barcola is scary quick, and only 21 years old. It will be interesting to see how he develops over the years. Sad to see Araujo get a red, but that was a mistake and he was caught. The penalty was also a careless tackle, there was no need to risk it.
with Barcola his pace is incredible but his dribbles too are so unpredictable, he was cooking Araujo and Kounde
Goals can emerge from the most unlikely situations
Araujo foul is not a red card, that Barcola failure dived better than Neymar Jr, and Cancelo destroyed Dembele that wasn't a foul

Was a necessary sending off, was committed just outside the box preventing a goal scoring opportunity. Simple as that.
No it was absolutely not. You can't be doing that in the 30th minute. Sure maybe in the 85th minute but you absolutely cannot be doing this early on. Especially while you're up 2 goals

This is an unbelievable sport programme. Amazing.
Vitinha this two legs what a midfielder totaly underrated 🙏
Henri’s explanation of Xavi’s comment about the red card, referencing the player’s mindframe (i.e. not to defer your action to second-guessing how the ref would make the call) at such pivotal moments is profoundly insightful and sensible, especially for fans who don’t play the sport.
Blaming the referees is always a sign of a sore loser, even if it might be true. You need to have a contingency plan for such events already in place, and the penalty was even a worse mistake that defined the entire game.
I just like the way this show is being presented. It really does show us the funny side of the players and managers.
Got to love Enrique 😂❤
What a wholesome guy Luis ❤
That was on Araujo...u have a lead of 2 goals ur keeper is ter stegen it's not mbappe who is running through so it's 50-50 between barcola and ter stegen...why would u do that??even if it was a goal the score would've been 4-3 wd 11 players on the pitch...blew up everything 😭
Oh yeah exactly
Barcelona was clinical against psg when raphina scored
When Barcelona went to 10 men
Psg was wasteful, 11 chances and 2 on target when Barcelona sat back and invited psg to score
If it was 11 vs 11 Barcelona would have went through
Psg couldn’t handle Barcelonas quick transitions and nearly conceded
When they went to 10 men they were more worried about staying in a low block

His french too btw. I was surprised. And I bet his spanish also. And he’s portuguese :) that makes me think about Neymar that couldn’t even do an interview in spanish (or french definetely) and had to answer in portuguese.

Xavi gets a taste of his own medicine. Oh, how many absurd decisions favored his barca team in his player days! Chelsea and United games come to mind in particular.🎉😂❤
This is a stupid take. Barcelona was flat out better than everyone else. United had two chances to beat Barcelona in the final and lost on a 5-1 aggregate. You english fans run your mouth, but in all reality, you could never compete. The fact CFC is still crying about 2009 meanwhile not even being in the competition today speaks volume. Boss up or Shut up. 🤫
Araujo is too agressive for champions league football, he gets away with it in the league but not here
Exaaactly. Hopefully he learns from this because he usually gets away with that kind of aggression and brainless play
he doesn't really though, he makes stupid mistakes all the time and they pay the consequences, and I wouldn't even say "aggressive" its just a very very dumb decision, it was entirely avoidable and he threw the tie for PSG.
Too aggressive for champions league yet what about Sergio Ramos, Pepe etc… were they not aggressive enough or what
@@noxyag3732 they had football brain
Ramon pepe dont go for that foul knowing they are 2-0 up on aggregate and are playing at home

Jamie Carragher loves throwing people under the bus first Kate now Micah lol
Why did xavi take yamal off, his best player
Well I think after araujo got the red xavi knew that 10 men can't defend against this psg attack so he took yamal off which is double edged sword since yamal was the attacker who was creating chances. Xavi thought that defending would get them through since they had a two goal lead
he wanted Lewa's hold up play
@@farzamimran3960 being passive is never the answer, if you put literally 0 offensive pressure then you’re gonna concede eventually. Yamal was Barcas only dangerous player, he should’ve stayed on to give different looks to psg

LE GOAT ULTIME MERCI LUIS
The Spanish Roy Keane - no nonsense!
Luis feeling the betrayal 😂😂😂
I like Xavi but he has this one so wrong. Araujo both grabbed Barcola's shoulder and clipped Barcola's right leg while they were running full pelt in a last-man situation just outside of the box. That's a crystal clear red. If Araujo hadn't clipped Barcola's leg I don't think the latter would have gone to ground, but that contact just made it too easy for Barcola to sell the foul.
The touches were very light though. It seems Barcola fell intentionally and cheated the ref.
@@cosmicwayfarerred card clear as day. Blame Araujo for being a poor player
@@cosmicwayfarer I actually think the leg clip might have been enough to bring Barcola down at that speed; Araujo didn't just graze him. Regardless, Araujo should have known better. It was very poor from him and he had more than a split second to think about what he was doing there. He had to go.
@@bluebirdconundrum I think it's ridiculous how sensitive the referees and this sport have become in general. It's a contact sport but you barely can touch anyone no more. And players/coaches are literally booked for showing emotions. Seriously? Insufferable to watch.
@@cosmicwayfarer To an extent I agree with what you are saying, but in this particular case I think a red was warranted. When a pro gets beaten that badly he has to accept that his options to recover are almost nonexistent. A player might be able to make just a bit of contact from behind without fear in most situations, but when he does it to a man who is through on goal he really can't appear as if he is physically trying to impede the action after being comprehensively beaten. IMO it's not sporting and it should always be a red card if there is non-trivial off-ball contact from behind in a last-man scenario and a goal chance is denied.
This show is hilarious 💦 Micah is literally pulling TH14's leg saying "if we get there " lol

This was Xavi that played 11-10 as a player against Chelsea, against Real Madrid, and other teams on many occasions. The ref's decisions were sound and solid. I think it was an easy red and Xavi shows a severe shortcoming of sportsmanship for blaming the ref for the error his players made.
5:22 - the thing is, Henry didn't spend long enough in Barcelona for them to convert his mentality to permanent victim mode.
