HMS Victory Model Ship Build : Part 34 : The Stern wardroom / Officer's cabins

This latest video from my build the hms victory model ship series. part 34, i'm still working from Issue 83. i've now started to work on the stern Gallery. working my way up. adding more decoration to the gallery sections. adding the window that came with the kit.plus adding more mouldings where needed, to try and recreate the real hms victory .

Again great work - The Caldercraft one is made of two layers and the window frames are inside - very clear
The new Amati on allows the windows to appear open !
I like the section between the windows NOT avaiable in the Caldercraft one

there is something not quite right with the stern....it is not flat but curved in the horizontal view and in the vertical view as well. I suggest you go on the Victory site and have a close look!!

They don’t give you a lot of room to fit the decorations in along the sides of the gallery. You won’t have enough room to fit the other decorations. I started like you separating the lower windows from the top 2. When it came to fitting the other castings I didn’t have enough room. On my model the castings almost touch each other and i have no clearance at the top of the gallery. Nice little problem for you later on lol
