Radiarc - There

- As I walked, I began to notice shifts in the wind, and the sky opened to reveal a vast and ever changing amalgamation of vivid colors, some near incomprehensible. The fields were similar, stretching far beyond what I could see, the blades of grass waving in intricate patterns, changing with every step I took. I thought to look behind myself, but it was all the same, beautiful and all-encompassing, an atmosphere comprised of perfect harmony. I continued on, noting a greater sense of self than ever before, an overwhelming freedom surpassing anything I could imagine. I was alone, but it was as though I was one with the world. For the first time, I felt that I was whole...I felt everything.

I finally got a job again, but it's just retail, so I've had some time here and there to work on music and start actually making progress on the follow-up album to The Fulcrum. For a while, I'd hit a brick wall, but I've also had a couple other commissions to work on to help me get back that desperation to create anything other than traditional orchestral.
I've been listening to a lot of lofi hip hop as of late, and while I knew I couldn't necessarily nail the genre, I wanted my own take on it, and to be honest, this is something I've been wanting to make for a while for a variety of reasons.
I'm planning on moving early next year. Gonna try to get together all the money I can and just start over in life, so anything I make from music is going directly to that, as well as bills and stuff. It's been a hard year for all of us, but I'm hoping 2021 will be what everyone needs it to be.
Still, thanks for listening to me. If any are interested, I've got a patreon:
/ radiarc
And, of course, all the stuff that's on youtube is on bandcamp, plus some bonus tracks here and there:

I didn't do so well describing the last album because the story was in limbo for several months before I finally figured it all out, but this one is going to be much more straightforward, and I already see what I have to do to make it happen. It's kind of crazy to remember how much work went into The Fulcrum, and honestly, how lackluster the execution was. The heart was there, but I didn't know enough, and I'm really determined to make this next project something I'm truly proud of. Next song has the potential to be soon, but I've also got some commissions that are in awkward spots, so I don't really know what I'm supposed to be working on. Either way, I'm grateful for you all still showing up to listen to what I'm doing, and I hope y'all have a good day. Stay awesome. Видеоклипы
This song has a bit of a dark origin, but it's been on my mind for a while, and it was nice to finally throw myself at it. Not sure I have much else to say other than, for once, I'm really happy with how this came out, even if it isn't quite perfect.
Imperfection is character. I love it!
As long as you're happy with your creation, that's just perfect.
Very chill 👍
Fantastic work
So cool
This one is very good
you never failed to amaze me with your works, keep it up!
I love your music because there are emotions and a feeling that come off them that I can’t find anywhere else. It’s truly unique. Glad you were able to find a job. I hope that it’s less stressful than the last one. Best of luck to your move and stepping forward.
That is one psychedelic description. Awesome song dude
I love it!!
I am really digging this style, it's just so atmospheric. It feels like something totally new to what I'm used to hearing, yet it still has this flare of your kind of music to it, so it's not so alien at all. That guitar leading us through the entire song was just amazing, and it gave me the impression of truly being just, like, connected to it all, yet still being your own individual. Just how you described it, actually; among the fields of grass, alone, but one with it all. Really feeling that more relieving side of things. And, as usual, you manage to add in brass (which I'm rarely a fan of) in such a wonderful way, complimenting the orchestral choir bits and that soothing acoustic guitar in this really harmonious way. I'm liking this more experimental kind of stuff, and am looking forward to hearing what else you have in store for us.
Glad to hear that you finally got a job, though I can't imagine how much you might end up hating retail. I've heard nothing but bad things from it, though I managed to escape that fate myself. Still, maybe it's a breath of fresh air that you need, and it could help improve your mental state. Either way, though; moving sucks big time. I've done enough of that in my life to know that, the process of getting everything centered and into place, then hauling it all somewhere else and finding the right place for everything is a hassle and a half. That said; there's always a sense of freedom in winding up someplace else; if you go far enough, your just a nobody without a face, and without a past. It definitely lends itself to starting over, another thing I can relate to all too greatly. I'm hoping you can pull through the moving process and find yourself in a better place than you are right now, and I'm going to send the best of wishes that the process is easier than most of the other challenges you've dealt with so far. Here's to things improving, and days getting brighter. You stay awesome!
Fantastic song. Makes me want to drink some mulled wine while watching the fire crackle in a fireplace
A lovely work, and one that just flows so simply. Thank you for making it.
I love the guitar in this piece. Very beautiful.
I'm glad things are getting back on track for you!!
Great work! Really like feeling it conjures. Featured on episode 302 of our podcast.
Thanks, happy you liked it!

Another masterpiece i love it!!!
Good stuff as usual my dude :) Glad to hear things are going well at least a bit
Oh I love this song (and the art), and I am not against you making more music in this style, it is a very fun style.
It had a cool American/country vibe and that was cool and new. I think.
:)
OMFG I couldn't place it but the guitar and some other bits. It sounds almost like listening to a mix some of Vinyl Pony's music and Silent Hill 3 music, a little bit of soft jazz/lo-fi/and almost like Hey Arnold vibes combined. What the fuck? That's sick as shit. I have no idea where to put this song in my playlist, but here's to the brother of the friend that got me into Vinyl Pony. Station Syx is my friend's stage name BTW.
Ohh my god... this is amazin....where to get good wallpapers medium creepy of mlp xd plis radiarc.....
I hope you find a job making sound tracks for video games
What country music would be if it didn't take a noise dive in the 90's, or my judgement based on a limited understanding of the genera.
All your music is very good, but too short
I reached a point a long time ago where I decided it'd be better to risk it being too short than being too long. There's a point during song production where I feel I've done all I want to do, so I would rather someone replay something than skip it for overstaying its welcome. Thank you, though.
