- In today's video, I FINALLY drain the black mystery pond to see what is living inside of it after months of stocking it with RARE aquarium fish! We netted around as the pond was draining and we ended up catching tons of different fish including turtles, African cichlids, MONSTER catfish, koi, and more! When the pond fully drained we were shocked at how many fish were living in there! We found countless fish that I didn't even know were in there, and didn't even know what they were! We sorted through the fish and put them in different ponds around my house! We will continue to put random fish in this pond until the next mystery pond video in the future!

Omgosh Bobby I have been waiting for this video for sooo long I can't believe you finally drained it. Soo many amazing and cool fish awesome video can't wait for u to do the same with the crawfish jungle gym. Hopefully next time u drain this mystery pond the boys would have stocked it with more amazing fish for us to see and for u to find ❤😊
Rob and you need to inventory your fish. Have a database for each pond/pool/tank on your property and keep track of when stuff gets added or moved.

yes! keeping an organized inventory is a great idea. it would also be really cool if they could keep records of the fish as well. like when/where they were caught & the size they were when first caught, etc.

They have their own channels, they help each other from time to time. Best to not assume what people are doing.
@@PULAG his channel would do exponentially better with Rob on board. He assumes that since it's his baby he shouldn't break off a piece to grow with Rob. Big mistake. 75% of an extremely successful channel is worth more than 100% of a moderately successful channel
I would suggest putting an easy access structure for the turtles to climb onto so they can sunbathe, it'd be good for their health, especially for shells, such as that one with the algae covered shell
Fun to watch. You should have had Rob there cuz I know he’s been adding lots of fish in there. 1st. What happened to all the crawfish? You had all kinds of different kinds, blue, reds.. 2nd I think all koi’s deserve a better pond to be in cuz they are to beautiful to keep like that! 3rd, all the guppies? You need to add more! As a food source.
The crayfish and the guppies are together in the same pond. There are a ton of them in there now.

What if you included a clipboard & someone to make notes next time you hit the ponds & sewers on your "fishing trips". This scribe could record where, when & what fish you caught. on that particular outing. You'd be able to follow the more interesting specimens as they grow & populate your home ponds. The last notation on each day could be where you placed these fish when you got home! Also, what if you put out a notebook for the friends of yours who come by & drop fish into the Mystery Pond. That would be fun to track! Cheers!

You have to just start the mystery pond over and restock it with just about anything you don't know what to do with again. This is super cool but every scoop is different and your collection grows
You should have a tilapia tank! I know you hate them, but it could be every now and then you get tilapias, you put them in there and later feed them to your fish! You have probably already thought of it, but just a little idea!

fish eggs can attach to lily leaves or the nets and you could introduce the eggs into your ponds by accident, easily done but overlooked by most people

The catfish with the eel like tail looks like a wallago attu. They are a great fish for an oddball themed tank! The other catfish looks like an irwini catfish. also a great fish to keep
