By the way, what mic are you using? It sounds like you are talking into the default mic on the camera. Is that correct?

It is actually a directional Shure mic that plugs into the jack on the phone. When we do the studio videos, we use a lavalier, but for the office vids, just use the plug-in one. Is the quality okay?
