I've been a huge fan of Tarja for many years now, I just love her voice, her persona, her songs and everything about her! 😍 She's such a great inspiration to me! Her expressive, dark powerful voice and her persona as well has always been what give me goosebumps all over my body, bring tears to my eyes every time I hear her voice and touches the depths of my soul!! 😍 So I'm very glad to finally see some reaction videos to Tarja's solo career songs too, not only while she was with Nightwish (which I love too, btw, especially the songs from Tarja's era, what doesn't mean I don't like them with Floor or even Anette, on the contrary!!). But I think you'd love to hear some other solo works of Tarja's, some that can show more of her power, the emotions she's capable of delivering, the technical control of her voice and the amazing creative artist she is (she also writes and composes most of her solo songs). A great choice Mike & Ginger! A small note: a Tarja song I was considering recommending to you myself, that I am sure Ginger especially would really really like, is "Until My Last Breath". This is usually considered Tarja's "#1 song", and I noted in watching a RUclips video of one of her most recent solo concerts from 2019 that it was the one she chose to end her concert with as well. ‘Nemo’ is definitely the best song from Tarjas era of Nightwish. If you’re planning on diving further into that side of things than I think the official music video of Nemo is the way to go 😊

Nightwish The Phantom of the Opera Helsinki 2005 (End of an Era) is a must. Tarja and Marko on vocals. Tarja was fired after the concert with an open letter. The guys knew it when on stage. Tarja did not. Both Tarja and Marko were ill, hard to believe when you listen to them. Stargazers Live Tarja 2011 Luna Park Buenos Aires. It is a Nightwish song. The audio is not perfect but OK. Tarja interacting with the crazy Argentinian audience, insane. Tarja's manger/husband is from Argentina. The same thing with Nightwish. "I Want My Tears Back" Buenos Aires 2019 (actually it was 2018) the crowd tried to steel the show. Marko: "Do you wanna hear a song?!" Within Temptation ft. Tarja "Paradise", the official music video has 80M views, but I like the version Live at Hellfest (2016) The there is Anette Olzon, the 2nd female lead vocalist of Nightwish. "Slow Love Slow" at Montreux Jazz Festival 2012 is one of her best performances with Nightwish. The song is totally different from any other Nightwish song. So is "Scaretale", Anette is very good on that one too. Stay safe!
As an old NW fan since 1998, I really love Tarja, but this is not very good song IMO. My recommendations from NW catalogue, "Wishmaster", "The Siren", "Slaying The Dreamer" and "The Phantom Of The Opera" (all from End Of An Era DVD). And definitely worth to check "Undertaker" (Live in Milan) and "Victim Of Ritual" from her solo albums also. Tarja is very good at live, but still I generally like her studio versions better. And because you are fastly becoming Nightwish fans, you might even want to check this old video. Nightwish changed after she left. Tarja alone has that opetatic voice and power to pull off the earliest nightwish somgs as she sang them. Not a criticism of Floor singing it her way to her strengths. Change need not be bad. But it is a change. If that og sound is what you want, great news, the woman still very much active making music in that style. Not only that style by the way. Does have pop vibe in metal music. Does classic Christmas carols. Simply put she sings different styles as she wishes to. Her talent has only grown over the years. Oceanborne the first full NW album was almost 25 years ago. She has not been idle nor has she not grown in her vocal abilities. Not only NW that has changed and grown.

It makes me sad that Warner brothers and or muse would let someone ruin a brilliant song like this.
