Super helpful video, Robin! A combination of genetic, psychological, social, and environmental factors can all play a role in why some people develop problematic drinking behaviours. People may turn to alcohol to numb emotional or physical pain, relieve stress, or escape from problems in their life. Addressing the root causes is important for effective prevention and treatment. I loved the video Robin! Thanks for sharing it with us! Warm Greetings from Melbourne of Australia! 🙌❤

if you drink over 2 drinks more than two times a week you have a problem with alcohol for sure very easy to remember but I have even seen people up at the VA liver ward that only drank a few bears on the weekends with liver problems 2 drinks 2 times a week should be your limit or your are putting your health at great risk I have been sober for 12 years with a bad liver to prove it and keep in mind the health problems most likely will start in your upper 50s and 60s right when you are ready to retire and have fun

You're right, it's 85% successful. Regardless you make no sense and have no idea what you're talking about. It wouldn't make a shit of difference except you might steer people away from the Sinclair Method and (yikes) into the arms of AA which has a 5% success rate.

If you read the results of independent clinical trials, you might understand what I am saying. The key to all of this is what you define as "success".
