definitely! I just did it all in one day to show how quick it could be.
I might need bigger hair ties for this
Buy a giant roll of fold over elastic on ebay for a few bucks. You can make countless hair ties, headbands, and elastics for banding in whatever length and color you need! Just cut off a piece and tie the ends together. Lightly run the cut ends over a lighter if your scissors aren't very sharp and you have fraying.
