Great analogies in this lesson Roger! Love what you say about breathing through your nose! It's also easier to breath using your diaphragm that way as well!

Well, orange juice is very healthy. Maybe not ideal to drink it right before you speak or sing, because it is very acidic, but definitely get all the natural vitamin C you can... :)

Practice is all it needs, even i sometimes believe its hard when i forget doing it nd miss the streak..but it gets natural after sometime..
