Competition among the ill

It is becoming more and more apparent that there is a competition to see who is the sickest, who is most knowledgable, who can self diagnose and/or diagnose others.
PLEASE always see a doctor to confirm anything you believe you may have and always uplift those who are sick instead of trying to be worse than them.
