So genuine... Mujhe pta ni tha but m fr bhi apni baby hlka salt sabme deti thi... Or mera bhi yhi opinion hai... 1yr tk no salt and after 1 year sab kuch dedo... Vo us ek din k rat m aisi kon si baat ho jyegi jis me bacho ki kidney taqatwar ho jyegi😂...

I have not given any added suger (only dates/fruit sugar) to my girl till 1 year and but yes, salt was there with all kind of veggies and fruits. Now, have started adding a bit of sugar rarerly. and my kiddo is completely healthy :D and 60% on family pot as well.

Me ye video pahle bhi dekh chuki thi jab mera baby 2-3month ka tha to mene dr sir ki baato par agree kiya tha lekin jab mera baby 8month ka ho gaya or me itna busy ho gai ki mujhe yaad hi nai raha aj achank raat 2 bje ye video achnk se samne aa gai thank my god narayan ji meri confusion door karne k liye or thank u ur team ur work ye mere liye bahot helpful raha.. also bache ke ninnd ke uppr bhi ek video jarur banye again thank u
