I diagnosed my self i have injury at the level of wrist pinch and hold is present (thumb) i had very poor family background so didn't get the treatment still struggling with the process it's been 15 years may it looks like 2:53 please suggest me what can be done now .. please guide me it's very frustrating and shameful for me .. If you can see the video on Anatomy of Ulnar Nerve, in the section on topographic anatomy, there is a particular distribution of nerve fibers at different levels. It is possible for some fibers alone to be injured. There is also possibility of abnormal connections with Median nerve, which can contribute the motor nerve fibers. (Also dealt with in that video)

Flex wrist against resistance - Note the direction of flexion (ulnar / midline) and then palpate the taut FCU tendon contraction if any.
