Assassin's Creed Syndicate | GTX 970 + i5 4570

Settings that I actually played the game with are MSAA x2 and Shadows on High (about 50 FPS on average). Couldn't make a benchmark with those as Shadowplay introduced stuttering at higher framerates.

have you cpu ever reach 100% while free roaming or on a mission ?

Can't quite remember this in 2023. But if using x2 MSSA while getting around 50-60fps I remember it did reach 80-100%.
