I make salmon in the air fryer and it’s sooooo good. All you do is preheat air fryer for 4-5 minutes on 375. Then you cover both sides of the salmon (skinless) with regular mustard. Then add some salt and pepper, put in air fryer for 15 minutes on 375. Comes out PERFECTLY and tastes amazing. You would never know it had mustard on it. I don’t know what the mustard does, but it makes the salmon taste amazing.
A great substitution for noodles in your spaghetti is to use spaghetti squash. Just cut in halve, remove the middle seedy area and rub olive oil all over it. Put in oven, flat side down. When done, just scrape the squash with a fork. It comes out stringy like noodles and tastes great.
I recently saw this way of making a poached egg. I tried it and it worked for me! Place 1 egg in a large mug, add 1/2 cup of water. Microwave approximately 55 seconds. Easy, peasy, and good!
I worked at a top end steakhouse for 14 years and we had a smoked salmon appetizer. Just salt and pepper the salmon, smoke it on a very low temp, say 180 degrees with mesquite wood for about 20 to 25 minutes. Should be a nice mid rare salmon. The sauce and toppings make it pop. Finely diced red onion, capers, and a homemade tarter horse. Sour cream, Breakstones is the best, two big tablespoons, pickled kosher horseradish, one big table spoon, 3 to 4 dashes of worechester sauce, garlic and onion powder to taste and finally about 3/4 of sweet relish, or diced up some pickles instead. Mix that into the tarter horse sauce. Take one of you cheese chips, add a bite of salmon, sauce, capers and onions on top and enjoy.
Easiest way to cook salmon is in the instant pot. Newer models have a 'sous vide' setting, basically just a water bath, so you fill the pot with water, program it to your chosen temp, (I like 55) and when it's heated up, then just put your salmon fillets in a small zip lock bag with butter and herbs if you like, then drop in the bath for 30-45 minutes - sous vide is great because you basically can't overcook the fish and it's super moist. If you like your fish a little less well cooked, more translucent than opaque, just drop the temp to around 48. The instant pot is seriously awesome for the carnivore diet, whether pressure cooking oxtail, slow cooking lamb, doing perfect boiled eggs in 5 minutes...there's a yoghurt making setting on there too that I've yet to use, and you can sterilise all your baby items in it as well. Single best kitchen purchase I ever made! Worth it just for cooking salmon imho.
Get the Dash Deluxe Egg Cooker. It will do hard boiled, medium boiled, soft boiled, and poached eggs. Works about perfectly. If you're cooking eggs in the shell, it can do up to a full dozen at a time. I've had mine for about 6 months now, and use it all the time. Great kitchen tool
The best salmon recipe I have tried is from the South Beach Diet book. Basically make a sauce to coat the salmon. You need equal parts lemon juice and olive oil (1 Tbsp each), 2 cloves chopped garlic, 1 tsp rosemary, salt and pepper to taste. Coat the fish on both sides and cook however you like. We use the Cuisinart panini type grill that cooks both sides (like a George Forman). 5 minutes is usually enough. You don't want to over cook salmon. BEST SALMON! My kids love this.
That's my go to now for noodles as well... also use them for lasagna. I just use a round deep cake pan that size and it works great! Best substitute I have found!
I make Salmon Patties. I got the recipe from Southern Keto Cookbook. I use pork panko instead of almond flour and fry them in Ghee. They taste like the ones my mother use to make.
Tried the cod liver. We now have 7 tins of cod liver. The cat wouldn't even eat it. Anita, the Ketogenic Woman, suggested making deviled eggs with it. It's worth a shot. I'll try your chicken nugget recipe. We're looking for more ways to eat meat. Yesterday, I cut my first whole ribeye. I chopped off the big thick fat pieces and cooked them in a pan until they fried themselves. They were crunchy and delicious! I salted them and used a horseradish dip made from sour cream and Chosen Foods Wasabi mayo. I could barely wait until today to eat more of them!
Thank you for this videos, im about 50 days in, but more ketovore like yourself, i decided to look you up as Ive watched your husband a lot and worried a bit about the little things I add like a side of garden green beans, or a little sauce here n there, I do makemy own sauces. For most days Im carnivore, but I find upon hormone time I need a little more variety, Its just really nice to see I eat like yourself, I dont want unnecessary worry, I just want to live ❤ thank you so much!
Try salmon this way: Squeeze lime over it, salt, pepper, coat the top side with Chimichurri sauce. Grill on a piece of cedar plank. I usually don’t worry about whether the plank catches on fire and it usually does near the end. It is delicious.
I love cedar planked salmon. I buy untreated cedar shakes from my local big box store. Soak the shakes in water for an hour or so. Melt butter with fresh garlic. Put the salmon on the cedar shakes and brush with the garlic butter. Salt as desired. I use a gas grill and get it nice and hot. Put the shakes with the fish on the grill. I have water handy in case the shakes start to flame up around the edges. Close the lid and cook until the fish is browned to your liking. Cedar gives the fish a wonderful light smoky flavor. Best way ever to cook salmon.
Love & appreciate you & Dr. Berry. Plz don’t let the trolls get to you or see you frustrated. Ppl who matter don’t mind & ppl who mind don’t matter. Easy as that.
I add a cheese cube to the middle of my nuggets, sometimes cheddar and Mexican flavor, greek gets feta, itailian gets mozzarella cubes...pair the appropriate sauce
I need to perfect those chicken nuggets. Tried once with canned chicken so I’ll be giving it a go with the ground chicken. Your mozzarella chips remind me of this new treat I’ve been making. I call it mozzarella toast. I take a non stick pan and add a dab of butter, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder & Italian seasoning and cook til the bottom browns and cheese melts. Hits that cheesy garlic bread craving.👍
I looked online just last week for a recipe for salmon made on the stove top. I fried each side in butter for about 4 minutes each side. (maybe up to 5 mins each side) Plus salt and pepper. It turned out very nicely. I ate the skin, also; it got very tender.🍽️
My favorite way to make salmon is blackened. I make a cajun/creole spice blend. I pat my salmon down dry, add a little olive oil to coat and then sprinkle a thick coating of cajun/creole spice all over it. I bake until done and top with garlic butter and plenty of lemon juice. I serve it with garlic parmesan coated green beans or asparagus, which ever is in season. We love salmon
OK, for the salmon, my family loves the following recipe: Drizzle some olive oil in the bottom of a Pyrex dish. Take a paper towel and blot the top side and skin side of the salmon to get rid of extra moisture. Lay the salmon skin side down into the dish . Generously pour some organic pickle brine right out of the jar over the entire top side of the salmon. Then add these spices to your taste: Old Bay Seasoning, organic onion powder (a good amount), sea salt, organic pepper, organic dill weed, organic oregano, & organic rosemary. I usually put hamburger slices of pickles on top of the fish and bake at 375 for approx 12 minutes so that the salmon is flakey and moist and not over cooked and dry. This recipe is WHY I can now eat salmon! I eat it usually at least twice a week this way. I LOVE your content! I'm really enjoying going through all of these terrific recipes! Looking forward to the next Monday Night Live! 🫶🙏
Hey Neisha … we love the meatloaf , make it every week and use the spicy hot pork rinds for the bread crumbs. My teens love it . Prepping for hurricane 🙈🙉…love from sunny Florida ☀️❤️
I love Primal Kitchen, but they recently got sold to Kraft :( nothing good lasts forever in this market, so I'm learning to make my own mayo/ketchup/dressings. I found a recipe for creamy caesar salad dressing that is DIVINE
To poach an egg. Small amount of water to boil, amount an inch deep. Drop in the eggs, add the lid back on then take the pot off the heat and leave it a minute or two, depending on how you like it. Done.
My fav way 2 do salmon is super simple & super delish: make in foil pouches with skin facing down. Top with old bay seafood seasoning and lemon juice. Fold pouches tightly closed and cook in preheated oven @375 for 16 minutes for perfect results every time! Remove pouches from pan immediately to stop the cooking process! Yum now I want some!
We put things on our zucchini noodles - we use zucchini for all kinds of stuff. If u spiralize great, otherwise sliced and sauteed and we do carnivore brown butter stroganough on zucchini , zucchini lasagna etc. I have done carnivore for a long time, zucchini gets me into keto on those days :)
It's funny you mentioned meat sauce- tomorrow I'm making sloppy joes which is just ground beef, tomato paste, salt, and pepper! I love it as is, or with a dollop of sour cream! Your chicken nugget recipe is a weekly one for me- so good!
Easy poached eggs. I recently saw some videos for cooking poached eggs in muffin tins. Place I to 2 tablespoons of water in each muffin holder. Crack the eggs on top of the water and oven cook at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes depending how you prefer them. Enjoy!
HOW TO POACH EGGS: add a generous splash of white vinegar to the pot of boiling water, crack you eggs right into the water (vinegar keeps them together) and I like the taste. If u water poach medium, time for 6 mins.
I use the whirlpool and vinegar methods together to make poached eggs. I've never had an issue. There is a learning curve... how long they need cook to not have runny whites, to get the whirlpool going without touching the egg, etc. I do have to do one at a time... could probably do 2 in a larger pot dropping one and then the other about 30 seconds later
Good Stuff Neisha! I wanted to share a recipe of something I have been makin'. I'm on an OMAD and STRICTLY carnivore with Monday all day fasting! It's a 3 day - "fish casserole" kind of creation. Consists of a can of Albacore tuna in spring water, a can of sardines - wild caught in water and a vacuum packed large piece of wild caught alaskan salmon (coho or sockeye) from Trader Joes, all cooked on my outside covered grille. I put the salmon on a foil boat out on the covered grille and while its cookin', I make a foil boat platter with about 20" of foil, folded long way in1/2 and then cup up the outer edge (about an inch) to make a boat. Then scoup in the tuna (after draining water) and the anchovies drained and break up it all and stir it up. After the salmon cooks (about 15 minutes) I scoup it into the mixture and break it all up and stir it in. Then I scoup it all into the foil boat and flatten it out and put a couple scoups of beef tallow (fat) on top for oil. Then back in to the grille for about 10 -15 more minutes. But I also make about 6 local free range raw eggs whipped in a bowl and pour it on top and kind of stir it in. In 10 minutes I have a 3 day casserole that I divide in three and last me for 3 meals (days)! It only comes to about $5 per day to eat! It's awesome!!
Hey Neisha, I have had the best luck with poached eggs in microwave. 1/2 cup water..Crack egg into cup n nuke for 60 seconds. I haven't done it in a spell but it was a pretty good hack for me.I never see you use a microwave so if you don't use one. Disregard of course! Also look up recipes for salmon soup. Hwc n butter n 4:00 basically seasonings. Very awesome! Make it to your taste. Seriously love watching you n your husband making the world a better place. Carry on!
I love salmon soup. Mine is very simple. Canned salmon broken apart, I remove the skin, butter and milk. You could use cream. Salt and pepper. Iake oyster soup the same way.
Both of my recipes for Salmon everyone seems to love. I make Salmon jwith coconut aminos and finely chopped fresh ginger baked in a air fryer or oven with butter or olive oil. Also Salmon with coarse ground pepper and coconut aminos and olive oil with thin layer of water and simmered in a pan with a lid.
Neisha, get those little silicon "boats" that you crack the eggs into and put in the simmering water. You will have perfect poached eggs! (I usually oil or grease them a bit. :)
I have the water in a small pot, barely boiling. I put a raw egg in metal half cup and slowing put it in the water. You can also use a big metal spoon. Putting it in the water slowly is key. You can also use a skillet with about 2 to 3 inches in very hot, barely boiling water. After the egg has formed circle, turn it over being very cautious. I have to say, I sometimes mess them up when I turn them. If I do I let them finish cooking and make egg salad lol. Good luck
I'm not sure if you'd like this, but i get good quality salmon and poach in the microwave. I add the salmon and water to cover to a bowl. I sprinkle dill to taste, put fresh lemon juice to taste as well and smash up a garlic clove and toss it in. I cook for a few minutes until done. I'm not sure if you eat lemon or garlic, but this is really good!
I get most of my Primal Kitchen at Walmart the prices are much better than anywhere else I have found. The steak sauce I can order through Walmart but it’s not like I can pick it up. They don’t have it on the shelf not yet anyway not at my store. The ketchup is really quite good. It also makes the best cocktail sauce for shrimp. Just add some horseradish it’s the perfect taste.
Try the silicone egg poacher cups. Spray the cups with avocado oil before cracking the eggs and poach them on a simmer for about 7 minutes. Loosen them gently with a spoon to remove. Enjoy
One of my favorite way to make salmon ... super fast and easy Seared Salmon With Balsamic Glaze 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup water 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed plus 1 teaspoon brown sugar, packed * 4 salmon fillets, skin on (center cut) 2 teaspoons olive oil salt & freshly ground black pepper 1. Stir together balsamic vinegar, water, lemon juice, and brown sugar in a small bowl. 2. Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium high heat, not smoking. Increase heat to high, add salmon skin side up, and sear until well browned, about 4 minutes. Turn fish over and sear until just cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes more. 3. Transfer salmon to plates and carefully add vinegar mixture to skillet ( I add with a long-handle ladle as liquid will bubble vigorously and steam). Simmer, stirring, until thickened and reduced to about 1/3 cup, about 2 minutes. Spoon glaze over salmon. If you have a cast iron skillet, it is perfect for this because it gives a great sear. * I use Swerve Brown Sugar
I use heavy whipping cream. Warm heavy whipping cream on low heat, not real hot and then I separate the white and put it in the cream till the white cooks and then you add the yolk for a few seconds and there you have your poached eggs. Normally people posthuman water posthuman heavy whipping cream delish
I bought Steakums, the egg wraps, some spicy mayo and shredded some cheese. Rolled up lil "burritos" with those ingrediants and it was SO good. Really blew my mind. Was so simple so easy and tasty! I think I seen on one of your videos about the steakums and egg wraps, so wanted to try it. Was just so simple and easy.
Bella, Steak and Butter Gal makes easy poached eggs! Boiling water, add eggs, 4 min on the boil, turn off, let sit for 1 minute. Drain/EAT! YUM!! These are perfectly done.
I eat salmon twice a week. skin-on filet with Rufus Teague "meat rub", 12-14 min @ 400 in the air fryer. I eat that with half an avocado sprinkled with the habanero mango LMNT (per your suggestion). I don't know why, but this combo is delicious.
Salmon Burgers might work for you ! I've made them before going carnivore with a crab cake recipe. You can use onions, pork panko, egg as a binder maybe some keto mayo. For seasonings old bay, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and whatever else you enjoy. I bake the salmon till slightly under cooked since it will be cooked again. The hardest part is getting the binder right so they don't fall apart, even if they do...still yummy ! Love your recipes !
Neisha, you mentioned brown sugar swerve, you can mix that with some soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper..that is a good mixture on Salmon!!! I don't follow a recipe, but there are recipes out there like this. It is delicious on the salmon!
Poached eggs are so easy! Fill a big pot half full of water and add 1/2c any kind of vinegar and salt. bring to a boil and then turn to medium before cracking eggs in. Done in six minutes
I made the nuggets twice now with primal buffalo and ranch. My favorite dirty keto meal is lasagna with layers of egglife, cottage cheese, and mozzarella with Raos sausage and mushroom sauce...best sauce ever.
One way we put mayo on our fresh salmon- sounds awful but try it. (Not too heavy, but covered). Comes out moist every time. 2nd way. Little bit of keto soy sauce mixed with lemon juice. Drizzle over fish, then sprinkle over to your taste some Lipton onion soup powder(ik not the best) but once in awhile is ok for me. That’s enough for me but sometimes my husband likes to add a few raw onion cut in rings . I like a light sprinkling of powder myself. Oh so yum
It's been awhile since I've made this.. I do love it. Wrap foil around salmon lay foil packet in baking pan. Put salt, onion and garlic powers, butter, lemon juice and if you want smoke flavor add smoked paprika. I think it was 350 for 45 to an hour.. it's been awhile. But very delicious. ❤👍
My favorite salmon is with Mayo, dried dill, lemon juice, and a small amount of sweetener ( original recipe is honey) cover with the sauce and bake. It's sooo good
Those chicken nuggets I am obsessed with. I use half mozzarella and half Colby Jack. Then use the Siete Jalapeño sauce. Gave my friend the recipe and she loved them too. Bought more ground chicken today. 😁😁😁😁
I'm sure the chicken nuggets are delish, but I've been hearing that actually chicken is not very nutrient dense as other meats, but it can be used to up the protein in your diet. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us.
I do salmon in the air fryer OUTSIDE! It doesnt stink up my house and its done in 13 minutes. Simple recipe with butter lemon garlic salt and dill. Tres magnifique.
@Neisha - I'm going to be getting 1/2 cow this year - how much organ meat do you add to the ground beef ? I want to do that but wasn't sure how much to ask for ?
I love love your chickey nuggies❤🎉 In a big Ziploc bag, combine 1/2 cup of avocado oil, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, let the salmon sit in that for one hour and then grill it to perfection, the preferred method would be to right before you take it off the grill sprinkle it with some brown sugar Swerve.. Actually, the skin is the best part lol…
Wow super helpful video! Did keto several years ago (found your husband’s videos back then) now I’m considering carnivore. Slowly getting back into it. By the way, your husband looks 100x healthier and younger now!
We make salmon chowder with canned salmon and it’s delicious. You can also use fresh salmon and omit potatoes if you just absolutely must.. Butter, cream, broth, salmon, minced clams, dill.
I cook my salmon with lemon juice and cajun seasoning. Either in microwave or in parchment in oven. I use "poachies" for poached eggs. Little bags you drop into the water with the egg in
Love such simple recipes - 1 cup of two ingredients and a pound of ground chicken, even I can remember that! Yum, wish I had some ground chicken in my freezer! I don't do instagram. Haha, I have had the same poor luck with poached eggs. Gave up after about 15 times.
Neisha, to replace spaghetti I use kelp noodles. Rinse in a big bowl until they don't smell fishy 2 to 3 minutes. Use another large bowl. Put the juice of one lemon in the bowl with no seeds. Add one teaspoon of baking soda. Stir for about 2 minutes. Add drained noodles. Mix them in the bubbles for about 1 1/2 minutes. Rinse well in warm water to get rid of the lemon and baking soda taste. Heat your spaghetti sauce. Add hot water to noodles. Drain. Add sauce. YUM!
Really appreciate you mentioning a cheaper alternative for sauces. It gets discouraging when you're on a tight budget and many items are out of reach. But you give a couple of choices and something for every budget. Thank you for being so inclusive.
I love how she jumps straight into the video and doesn’t talk for like 5min
I get canned Salmon from Costco, drain it and add 1/4 cup of cheese, 1 egg and make patties. Fry them in bacon grease until crispy.
Yummy! Thank you...good recipe

Air fryer is the way to go!
Thank you for that suggestion! I really need help with eating salmon. Almost any other fish, but I just don’t like salmon.
I eat salmon baked in the oven with seasoned salt and a few dashes of coconut aminos on top. It’s 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

I don't know. The lady added it last, so did I.
@countrygal3688 thanks, will try as you explained!
Really!! Cool
Be careful of egg explosions though... you can see the all over the internet. People get burned in the face etc.
I use the lemon habanero and mango chili LMNT to season my salmon and trout.

Neisha, try beaten eggs ladled into a 9-in. Glass pie dish, and micro'd for a minute or so. Then roll the "crepe" and cut it. Really good!
I love baking salmon in the oven with Dijon mustard slathered on top, lemon juice and coconut aminos, garlic and ginger. So yummy!

Enjoy!
You can make noodles with indigo Nili's egg white protien powder home made tortillas. I just cut them thin and it's good!
Salmon with salt pepper lemon juice and a smear of cream cheese with spinach on top is my fav way to have it it’s so yummy
Neisha try drop egg soup! Hot chicken bone broth with whisked eggs fed into soup broth slowly while stirring and topped with green onions! Delicious!!
HOW TO POACH EGGS: add a generous splash of white vinegar to the pot of boiling water, crack you eggs right into the water (vinegar keeps them together) and I like the taste. If u water poach medium, time for 6 mins.
FIRST COMMENT FOR THE HARDEST WORKING WOMAN ON RUclips!!
You're the best!
I wont tell Terri that you’re two- timing on her😆😂🤣
I make salmon every week. Stovetop simply seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked in reserve bacon fat. 😊
I love the chicken nuggets. I eat them almost every day as a side dish, so good.
Carry on!
No idea how I stuck 4:00 in there but disregard that too.
I baked my salmon with Old Bay seasoning and it comes out great quick and easy
Neisha, get those little silicon "boats" that you crack the eggs into and put in the simmering water. You will have perfect poached eggs! (I usually oil or grease them a bit. :)
That’s a great idea. I simmer in water and ginger to hold the white. Love your idea!
the egg boats for 2 mins in the instant pot too. Quick release.
Good luck
We miss you! You are on my heart sweet beautiful lady! Hope all is well! 😘🫶🏻🙏🏻
Great ideas for me. I've just started my ketovore journey recently.
I like using the Lemon Habanero salt from LMNT on my Salmon. So super yummy!!!!
Can you tell where you buy the sauces from? Thank you for the ideas. Day #57 since 7-1-23 and down 19 lbs!!! 🎯 Feeling fantastic!!!
@@susand1178Thanks!❤️
I buy my sugar free G Hughes BBQ sauce from Walmart. G Hughes also makes other sugar free sauce flavors. They are delicious.
@@fragout45mightyjungle63 Thank you!❤️
Yay! My fav videos😀 I always need inspiration
Try the silicone egg poacher cups. Spray the cups with avocado oil before cracking the eggs and poach them on a simmer for about 7 minutes. Loosen them gently with a spoon to remove. Enjoy
One of my favorite way to make salmon ... super fast and easy
Seared Salmon With Balsamic Glaze
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup water
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed plus
1 teaspoon brown sugar, packed *
4 salmon fillets, skin on (center cut)
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt & freshly ground black pepper
My mom, dad and good friend got to see y’all in burns tn today!!!
I just listened to you at LC4BH in Dickson! Loved your talk so much! Loved everyone’s talk actually!
Sounds delicious
I really don’t like salmon but I love salmon burgers made like this!
I love salmon burgers. ❤
I also have a hard time liking salmon, except smoked. I’ll be watching you for suggestions on cooking it.
Have you tried air frying the chicken nuggets? If so, did it work?
I made your scrambled egg chocolate pudding (another video) and dang!! is that every good! All my grandkids love it and we do too. Thanks!
I'm sure the chicken nuggets are delish, but I've been hearing that actually chicken is not very nutrient dense as other meats, but it can be used to up the protein in your diet. Thanks for sharing your ideas with us.
I have been making your chicken patties that look like nuggets. It’s such an easy way to make ground meat. Even easier than meatballs. ☺️🙏🏼
Adorable kiddo! I need an air fryer! I don't do Instagram so glad you have youtube.
I do salmon in the air fryer OUTSIDE! It doesnt stink up my house and its done in 13 minutes. Simple recipe with butter lemon garlic salt and dill. Tres magnifique.
Me too❤
@Neisha - I'm going to be getting 1/2 cow this year - how much organ meat do you add to the ground beef ? I want to do that but wasn't sure how much to ask for ?
My guess is that you would ask the butcher to grind and mix all of the organ meat from the cow and mix it throughout the ground beef.
I love love your chickey nuggies❤🎉
In a big Ziploc bag, combine 1/2 cup of avocado oil, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, let the salmon sit in that for one hour and then grill it to perfection, the preferred method would be to right before you take it off the grill sprinkle it with some brown sugar Swerve..
Actually, the skin is the best part lol…
Wow super helpful video! Did keto several years ago (found your husband’s videos back then) now I’m considering carnivore. Slowly getting back into it. By the way, your husband looks 100x healthier and younger now!
Try Chef’s Kiss lupin rotini noodles,20 grams protein 1 net carb, I love cauliflower mashed potatoes that would go great with the meatloaf.
I know I’m late here but my favourite way to eat salmon is Jamie Oliver’s 5 Ingredients fish cakes! (Without the chili jam). They are super tasty!
So glad I found your videos. I am currently doing a primarily carnivore diet, inspired by the lion diet, due to lifelong severe chronic illness.
We make salmon chowder with canned salmon and it’s delicious. You can also use fresh salmon and omit potatoes if you just absolutely must.. Butter, cream, broth, salmon, minced clams, dill.
For salmon recipe. Mix a 50/50 blend of Mayo and Parmesan cheese. Spread the paste on top with some seasoning. Helps with dryness.
Thank you Neisha!
Smoked salmon is great. If you don't have a smoker, I recommend Masterbuilt Electric Smoker. A great appliance for your patio.
I have used “Chef Paul Prudhomme’s Blackened Redfish Magic Blend” seasoning on salmon since I was a kid & I’ll never be without it
Love your What I Eat In A Day videos and recipes! You look beautiful!
I am loving those chicken nuggets!
