Fresh from School 1989/90, and working at Survey Dept. close to EL WAK stadium means to Tema Community 5 Extension was by getting a car from 37 Station or Circle or Accra Central or Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout which not easy, if you are bless the Motorway becomes your best bet, but IGP did not see it that way. Thanks to those who really care like the late Jewel Ackah, some Ministers, and private individual who care.
