      Well, thanks once again as well!! Thanks for being a returning viewer! Much appreciated! Ha. I just can't believe it's taking this long to get 25 comments on something that is absolutely free on the giveaway videos. Haha. I'm trying to promote them more. I really just want to give this stuff away to people who can actually use them, but that's, SURPRISINGLY, isn't proving very easy. Hahah. We'll get there, though! Thanks again!!

    What is the best blow setting? I just got one but I’m not sure to what speed I should put it. I live in a warm country. We get days of like 30 to 35 degrees Celsius. At night we are usually between 22 to 27 degrees. I sleep with an AC but my throat and nostrils usually feel very dry. So I do wonder what setting would be best 🤔

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  2 месяца назад +1

      It's all personal preference. But the dryer it is the higher you want it especially if you feel it personally. If I were you I'd start high for a week or 2 and adjust from there to your liking

      @@threadchemistryThank you for your reply. I will definitely try that. I’m also getting the hydrometer so maybe that will also help a little.

      You could also get one of their air quality monitors and you van actually link it to different devices to control the rate of flow as needed from air quality instead of adjusting it all the time.

    Can you set a specific time for the humidifier to start.. like if I want the humidifier to begin at 6am automatically for example

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  3 месяца назад

      Hey man! Sorry about the late response. I didn't get the notification for some reason.
      To answer your question, yes you can set start times, stop times, adjust speeds for different times. (Speed 2 for 3 hours, then speed 4 for 1 hour, etc) so it has all sorts of options that go with it.

    I love the hell out of mines but just recently got stanky as all hell. Totally didn't realize that you must take it all apart, not just the top tank. Still a really great product.

    can I control this remotely using the app from another location, (like Phillips Hue Lights) or do I have to be somewhat close to it to control it with the app? Thanks!

      I think they have that and maybe 1 or 2 more smart home devices that aren't RGBIC light strips.. For the home, basically.

    Hi! Thanks for the vid! Does the humidifier maintain the humidity level once the set level is reach? Thanks.

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  9 месяцев назад

      If you have it linked with one of govees Thermo hygrometers then you can set that function.

    • @TheC0ats
      @TheC0ats 9 месяцев назад +1

      @@threadchemistryi have the h5103 thermo, and for some reason they dont have it on their list of supported thermos for this product, i dont see why it would be any different tho. Have you run into this issue at all? Would you mind telling me which thermo model u have? Thanks for the video!

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  9 месяцев назад

      When u click to link the 5103 doesn't come up as an option to connect? Hmm no I have not heard of this. There should be no reason it shouldn't unless you already have it linked with something else?

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  9 месяцев назад

      Or it could be faulty.
      Besides all this, I'm really sorry, but I believe I lied to you initially. You CANNOT maintain a certain humidity level. NOT with my model anyway. They'd not to say others don't but I haven't found 1. I'm really sorry about that.. .
      If that's the only reason you wanted the Thermo I would just return it unless you like to see the levels in the app. Also, if keeping, just exchange for a new one and you shouldn't have a problem connecting. Maybe step up 1 model of thermos

      Hey, my man! I'm really sorry, but good news. It does shut off when the humidity is reached, IF YOU CHOOSE! Just go to the custom setting and select a humidity level. Then choose if it should shut off or lower to level 1 when it hits that level.
      WE FINALLY GOT TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS!! BAH. Thanks again man. Hope it helps.

    I left it running over night & ended up with water in the base...is that suppose to happen?

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  2 месяца назад +1

      You mean just a little in the bottom when you lift the top off? Yes that's where it filters through so there will always be a little bit in the bottom. That cycles through.. as long as it's not leaking out and onto your floor, you're good.

    Can you program it to run 10 minutes of each hour? Great video man!

    • @threadchemistry
      @threadchemistry  Год назад

      Ok so you can't technically do that. But if you go to the customize settings you can program to at least mist extremely low and then from an hour to 24 hours you can ramp it up, th3n vise versa again. But you can't actually shut it off. However, mist 1 is so close to off you can't even tell.. Hope that helps! Thanks so much!
