I enjoy many of your videos, but these are absolutely the most fun and interesting for the gun nuts like me. Thanks for taking us along and please keep making them.
I failed to own a side by side SKB during the 70s due to govt restrictions. Now, I know that Miroku also made side by sides. All I was exposed to were over and under Mirokus and Kawaguchia's. Nice video Sir!!
Phenomenal insight into the unique culture of live pigeon shooting. I was fortunate enough to shoot at Hegins when it was still operating and I can tell you that those shooters were serious competitors. There's no quarter offered for a misfire and that second shot may be the difference between leaving the grounds thousands of dollars lighter or up a significant amount for the week. Triggers were all important and that sear has to be where it needs to be when you need it. No exceptions. Fabbri owned the field there with Perazzi a close second. Fixed chokes/ tight bores.
Nice one Johnny ! That was great that you split it in two 👍 I am in the market for a side by side and will be checking out The catalogue… Well done sir !
I very much enjoyed your review of these fine shooting irons. It saves me a trip across the pond. I would be interested in seeing your viewpoint on our Yankee auctions.
Sadly there isn't a big enough market for the big companies. All of the guns can be imported to the States. From what another follower told me, it was about $1000 for 3 guns, including paperwork shipping, import marking 🙄, etc.
Thanks for nothing Jonny! I was hoping to place a cheeky bid on the Moroku. Now I suppose I will have to watch it sprint over the top end estimate and way way out of reach. Oh well hopefully it goes to a loving home👍
The trouble with these great vids Jonny has habit of showing the lots I want and then bids go crazy. Jonny can I pay you not show certain lots next auction .
Good morning, i have an old Cogswell & Harrison 16 bore pinfire shotgun. Iam tryin to find a date for it, the serial number is 7209. I even messaged Cogswell & Harrison but they have said office staff have been reassigned and email address being readminestrated. Thanks.
I genuinely love these videos. Johnny is a natural presenter. Beautiful guns and some real passion. Excellent production value. Bravo.
I've spent many a happy hour pulling my fore-end back and forward.
Perhaps I should buy it for my girlfriend
Suits you sir ....lol

Thoroughly enjoyed this 🤝
I just love these side by sides. Not a bad one in the lot. Wish I could buy several.
Carved Breechends when done tastefully , finish off the gun's lines elegantly.

Wish we could get some of those guns in the states you Brits are very lucky it would be nice if browning or other gun companies took notice

Ray Ward 20 bore is beautiful.
Fascinating! More more more please!
TGS Outdoors can you add a v front sight and a front sight base for a side by side hammer shotgun please?
Can’t wait till I get a side by side
Hello, can you tell us more about Thomas & Son sxs's, the build quality? There isn't much information about it...
Superb guns. Thank you so much
If I had a time machine Id go back and pay £1200 for that Miroku all day long ..
Fantastic video as usual.
'Get a 1958 Baikal - it won't shoot any worse.' That's how I feel about carved fucking breachends 👍
Hope that rocks your world lad 👏👏👏👏
Hi Johnny
What was the second gun you mentioned after the miroku, thanks
That was lot 1751, the Auguste Francotte boxlock.
I didn’t see anything in the Miroku’s engraving that said Japanese. I would like to know what made you say that?
What happens to the unsold lots. Do they get a set price or are they saved for the next event?

Tgs should start a crowd funded gun museum so we can buy these sorts of things and everyone can enjoy!
Sounds like a plan then we can borrow them.
The TGS lending library... Now we are talking!
Thanks for sharing. My wallet may smell of melting plastic by the time it's over. 😂

😂
Do you have cal. 24 or 28? Thanks
wish I had the budget
What's the music you guys use in the intros?

How much did the miroku go for Johnny?
A few hundred over estimate. Not to bad actually
@@tgsoutdoors thanks - wish I’d bid for it !
Good thing I didn't attend: I'd be bankrupt in hours. You may be aware that Lebeau-Courally made guns for Czar Nicholas II's children.
