    Love your motivation to foster relationship. Developing a old news paper building complex to a new use. Our first move was to make the building Netzero. An impossible task that our small team to set the bar high to show how to decarbonize a 95 year old building.
    Simmon thanks for the inspiration!!

    This is a personal message to Simon. In 1913 a book was written called "How to become rich". The opening phrase states 'You will never be rich if you compete. You must join in, be part of the group". You have the money, but they have the skills. Yes 1913. Guess what? This key comment was ignored. The Readers all skipped to the Chapter on How to get Rich.

      Are you talking about the book "The science of Getting Rich" written by Wallace D. Wattles?

    • @francescahamilton6856
      @francescahamilton6856 5 месяцев назад +1

      @simplicekamlakamga Yes, but the important message is it's not difficult to become rich, so WHY do so few become rich? A number of reasons. Any1 can sell any product out there, but most people want to be fashionable, glamorous and sell brands. They don't focus and they don't have the skills. Wanting to be rich and becoming rich are two different things. You need resilience, entrepreneurisal skills, and you must have the intuition to manipulate the market. Mother Nature did not design the many to be rich. She designed Man to WORK. Say no more !

      BEFORE YOU BECOME RICH IN MONEY. YOU NEED TO BE RICH IN MIND. FOR THOSE WHO THINK THAT THIS HAPPENS OVERNIGHT. I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU. KEEP ON DREAMING. THERE IS A PROCESS WHICH YOU CAN'T RUSH OTHERWISE ALL THAT EFFORT WOULD GO TO WASTE.

    Hmmm… it’s not their fault… you hear from kids. Love that you were able to find them the excuse, instead of rising to the challenges. Now, I would agree, leaders could be better, but that is on leader and organization taking a vested interest in them as the focus is always the person that has just arrived and lacks respect.

    I would disagree that the problem is raising spoiled children. The problem is the tolerance of abuse. Abuse produces entitled and self-absorbed children. We favor predation and predatory behavior over cooperation. “Me, me, me” is not an attitude embraced by loving or empathetic adults. The “rod” method of raising children under the guise of “tough love” produces abusive, selfish, and predatory adults who don’t care about who they stomp on to make a buck.

    • @IanConnel
      @IanConnel 3 месяца назад

      This is basically the opposite of the truth. "Me" oriented parents don't want the discomfort of disciplining their children - so they don't. And then the kids don't learn about cause and effect. I should know - I was spoiled. And I've spent a couple decades trying to reverse it. My kids do better with time outs and consequences, and they're happier knowing boundaries, too.
