I am a qualified Nutritionist and I work with clients every week to help them lose/gain weight. I help people with sports nutrition, intolerance, meal plans, dietary condition etc. I studied for 4 years in Dublin institute of technology (DIT) I got a Bachelor of science honors degree in Nutriton. I have a diploma in Nutrition which I got in 2013 and a Higher diploma in sports nutrition which I received in 2015.

Thank you. This is the easiest ponytail I have seen so far. My hair is still short after beautician's maimed it after two years. I have been wearing, half wigs, ponytails, and extensions. But now that it is summer I want a ponytail. And now that my hair is to my shoulder, finally, I want it to look more natural. My hair was down to my butt but because of an illness/prescription for a year my hair fell out. So I was growing it correctly by having it trimmed. So now I don't go to beautician's anymore. I use extensions and my daughter works in my hair. Not a beautician. But I trust her. I am over 60...

Great tutorial. I'm a stylist. My daughter who recently had COVID, lost 3/4 of beautiful thick long chestnut hair. Devastating at first, I told her hair has come a long way since my day. Thank you for your informative video. Young girls need to know that wigs and hair pieces aren't just for our grandmother's anymore. I'll keep watching for more of your videos.
Wow, I'm really sorry. I know how that feels. I lost a lot of my hair after COVID also. My daughter bought me clip in extensions and I love them! I never thought I would ever wear any but here I am. I use folic acid to help with hair growth and it works so well. It's about $3 on Amazon for a decent sized bottle.

The top clip of the pony tail always comes out. It just flips itself right out and I’ve tried so many different things to fix it. No luck

Great video ! Little tip for you , don’t straighten the hair b4 u curl it, just smooth over the root and then curl ends , once u straighten hair you break the bonds and re set them so when u curl it afterwards it just won’t last . Plus it’s extra head damage for no reason x x x. X

That's my biggest problem with putting my extensions in a ponytail, I'm like hyper aware of the disconnect and it makes me feel like I have a peacock thing going on back there!

The thing I don’t like about the chip-ins is that you can them, so I think the Bonds would be best, I have never tried them tho. The invisible band Extensions look so much better 👍
